I can't say enough about how wonderful the host and this property was. Of the specific things that we were looking for, all of the boxes were checked. It made our time over Christmas with our family a happy, stress free, and unforgettable experience!

Place was amazing. Charming, cozy, and very clean and modern. The host was super nice and answered our questions right away. The location is too notch - minutes from gorgeous beaches. And a half minute walk to the Main Street area that features coffee shops, art shops, live music, and even an amazing weekend classic car show! Don’t miss this spot! It’s not called Oasis for nothing!

Very nice cottage in great location

Loved my 10 day stay at this cozy, well appointed cottage. Wonderful location just a block off Dearborn Street. Farmers Market in the park alongside the accommodations every Thursday, many other events nearby to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Cozy

We loved it the moment we walked in. Outdoor area was so nice! We had everything we needed. The beach chairs, cooler and umbrella were greatly appreciated. Very clean, beds were very comfortable. Great location, close to beach, restaurants. Bryan and Kelly great host, payed attention to detail and it showed!

Perfect place to stay if you want to be near all that Englewood's Dearborne Street has to offer. Just a block away from shops; dining, entertainment and of course the ever popular Thursday's Farmers Market. Would definitely consider this rental for future stays.

Englewood cottage

Very clean. Nice linens and cottage well supplied. Quite private even though so close to downtown area. Great to have bikes, helmets, and kayaks too. Several restaurants within walking distance too.

Exceeded our expectations.

Englewood was a perfect escape from our Minnesota winter! This little bungalow made our stay absolutely perfect! This place was clean & perfectly decorated. The screened porch was the best! We rode bikes, went to the beach, and enjoyed the farmers market and downtown shops! Perfect location! The attention to details was not missed on us
 we loved it all!

Perfection

This was one of the nicest, cutest little cottages we've ever stayed in. Bryan and his wife thought of everything. The place was spotless, bed was comfortable and really had everything that we needed. They left no stone unturned. Plenty of extras were provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap including a stool in the shower perfect for us ladies to shave our legs. We enjoyed being able to walk to Dearborn St. and going to the farmers market on Thursdays. We had a really great time and would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Great home and fantastic hosts

Hesitate to say this because we absolutely love this place, the hosts are fantastic, the property is beautiful, the location is wonderful. We enjoyed the music from the various pavilion festivals as well as the nearby venue, right from the tiki deck. All of Dearborn is one block away. The bay for sunset is an easy stroll down the road. Publix is a easy walk/bike up the road.Bryan and Kelly have done an amazing job and we’re sad it’s claimed for our time next year, but we’re happy to have seen their plans for the future and hope we’ll be able to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us, hope we’re able to stay again-so please don’t take our time lol!

Enjoy unique stay in heart of old Englewood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is right in heart of old downtown Englewood. Landlord very attentive, pro-active to our needs, and quick to respond to our alerts. (Biggest alert was a tree came crashing down out in parking area during nearby tornado -- no damage and quick response from landlord to clear the fallen tree.) Seemed like landlord was checking in with us about every 2-3 weeks. Would definitely rent from him again,

truly and Oasis

This place is amazing. The house and the facilities are perfect. The location is in a rather "tired" neighborhood. However, dont let that fool you. It is as quiet as a tomb and very private. We never saw or heard a sound from any neighbors, ever. Almost no traffic. Close drive to the Public beaches. Walking distance to downtown Englewood which is like "old Florida". No Glitz. I Loved it.

Wonderful stay in Englewood

We had a wonderful week stay on Cocoanut Ave in Englewood. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The house was easy access to all of the fun activities throughout the week. Would definitely recommend Bryan and Kelly’s place!

Excellent experience

There is really not much to say since everything was so perfect. One day our TV was on the blink and Bryan was there immediately and took care of it. We would definitely stay there again.

Stay Here!

This property is amazing and we highly recommend it! The entire property was surrounded by a high fence creating a really private outdoor space. The atmosphere outside was awesome and we felt like we were on an island. Perfect place to hang out! The inside looked brand new and was beautifully done. There was everything we needed and it was in pristine condition. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants on Dearborn. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation home!!!

We loved this property! The home was relaxing and well thought out. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in porch area, especially in the evenings. It was private, but within walking distance of shopping, bars and restaurants. The beaches aren’t far to drive to. The bikes were fun to ride around and we loved every minute of our time there. Bryan is a ‘local’ and had great ideas for us for food and activities. Would highly recommend this home and would stay here again! Thanks Bryan!
