3's Company-"Villa Jack"-1 Block from Gulf of Mexico, 300 feet to the Gulf

Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use.
"Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch (they both have king beds) and 1 bath (sleeps 4). Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill. We also have for your enjoyment: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The beds are very comfortable and the beach is right there! 6 restaurants are all within walking distance. The Marina has boat rentals if you so desire. We also have a community golf cart, "Stumpy's" that is free and you can just call and they will pick you up. Thursdays are our weekly farmer's market on Dearborn Street. Many places to enjoy! Hope to see you soon.
We also have an outdoor shower for your use.
Each unit also has a hose next to it for you to rinse prior to entering your Villa. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for your use, please rinse them when you are done as the salt water can be harsh on them.

Awesome spot! Location is perfect; so close to beach, restaurants and short bike ride to Stump Pass park. Too many amenities to list but will know for the next visit as we’ll be back! Tammi and Luke were very responsive and helpful.

"Jack" was a cute, conveniently located rental. Tammi provides so many extras, you basically just need to bring a swimsuit. Easy walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Highly recommend this rental unit.

Englewood Beach

Wonderful! The property is a great value. A short 2 minute walk to the beach. Owner provided a wagon, choice of umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, fishing gear, bikes, etc. Laundry on site. Owners were very attentive and made our stay outstanding. Provided suggestions for dining, and places to visit. Spectacular sunsets!

Location, location!!

The location is great. 1 block from the beach, a few blocks to restaurants, and a very nice neighborhood for walking. The owners, Tammy and Luke, were there during our stay. They are very nice, easy to talk to and are working on improving allot of areas inside and out. Our unit was small, good for a couple. We enjoyed our 2 weeks.

Violation of privacy. Someone enter my space and went through my luggage.

I took pictures of my belongings before exiting the property for the day. When I returned my luggage was in a different position. I called Tammi and met her and Luke at room. I showed them my evidence. She looked at cameras and said no one entered. If I was uncomfortable she would let me check out and refund my money. I agreed to check out. She has not refunded my money. Bring your own security cameras while visiting this property.

Great location, close to everything. A new bed is needed and kitchen, bathroom updated but very clean and nice. Nice stay overall.

Great little getaway!

This rental was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The place was clean and cozy and beautifully decorated. Hosts Tammi and Luke were very nice and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely be back.

We choose Manasota Key for the laid-back beach vibe. You immediately feel relaxed the minute you drive over the bridge. The people are friendly and kind. The sunsets are indescribable and never get old.
We love Manasota Key. We are located in a great location on the key. The Gulf of Mexico is 300 ft from our home. We can walk to the end of the key (south) to Stump Pass and enjoy the park and the Manasota Key Resort which serves food and drinks. We can also walk North and enjoy the many restaurants and Chadwick Park for fishing and launching our boat. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.
