Cabin #15 – Little Red Riverfront Retreat

You’ll step inside and be greeted by a warm, rustic cabin feel. The living room features a beautiful rock wood burning fireplace and a smart TV above the mantel where you can stream your favorite shows after a long day of fishing on the Little Red River for world-class trout.

On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully functioning kitchen, and a bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the water.

Upstairs is a quiet enclosed bedroom with a queen bed and its own TV, offering privacy and comfort for additional guests.

When you’re not out on the river, enjoy the peaceful screened-in porch or relax in the rockers on the quaint deck overlooking the Little Red River. Whether it’s morning, noon, or night, the sound of the flowing water creates the perfect backdrop. Follow the stone steps down to the water’s edge to fish right off the bank, or hop in a boat and explore the river at your own pace. You’ll also have access to an extended elevated fire pit area and a large upgraded grill for outdoor cooking. This cabin includes dock access at the local marina.

Located right on the banks of the Little Red River and just a short drive into the heart of Heber Springs, Cabin #15 is a short walk from a private fishing dock and boat ramp. Downtown Heber Springs is only about 10 minutes away, where you’ll find restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and a movie theater. Kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals are available at Sulphur Creek Outfitters. Nature lovers can also explore several award-winning hiking trails just minutes away.

Cabin 15

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was nice but they are so close together you can hear the next door neighbors. Yard need some work and spider webs were everywhere on the deck. Overall stay was pleasant and we enjoyed the early morning setting outside. Not sure I would visit that location again.

Not a bad drive to anything you want to do in the area. Will definitely be back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Website promised soap, shampoo and coffee, none of which was provided. They property management company called the owners who refused to provide the above. Management company did buy soap and shampoo after we complained. At nearly $300 a night, way, way, way overpriced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute cabin. Nicely furnished. Advertised as able to fish from cabin but foilage overgrown and unable to get to the bank to fish. Someone came to mow but that was on the day that we had to leave. Nice porches and porch furniture but needs to be clean when guests arrive so they dont have to wash everything before using due to dirt and birds. Minor maintenance needed, but overall this was the best of the 3 cabins that we rented.

Labor day weekend

This was a perfect little cabin that fit our needs.. There are a couple things that was needed tho. The grass is pretty grown up walking to the river. Also there was no dish towels or wash rags to clean dishes with so it did make us nervous on the cleanliness of the dishes in the cabinets. Neither of these things would keep me from renting this cabin again! It is very convenient and we loved having a screened in porch to sit and visit since the mosquitoes are very bad near the water!

Lobo Landing

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this resort for years under two or three owner/managers. It is about the only game in the area on the river. My main complaint is the price/quality mismatch. The mattresses are of poor quality and the linen cheap on worn. The tub had mold on a few edges. There is no dishwasher. None of these things are dealbreakers for a fishing trip with the boys, but $300+ was a bit much, even in these inflationary times.

Cute Little Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend staying in this little cabin on the river. It was clean and the view was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked (except only one trash bag so might want to bring your own if you have kids) and the grill easy to use. We were able to start a fire in the fire pit easily and roast marshmallows as well. Only con was the area to the river had very tall grass which is complicated with small children. However, we did receive a lot of rain and have stayed in the past and this was not an issue.

Happy Anniversary, or not!!!

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival When we pulled down the drive there was a **** of a mess in front of the dumpster, trash and such. There was a big stack of rail road ties in front of cabin. Then there was 4 in front of bbq grill in front of door. The path leading to the water was blocked with blocks. A wheelbarrow in the middle of the yard. Cob webs all over the front of the cabin, Windows were nasty. No light on sidewalk. The fireplace didn't work.had to dissassemble to light the pilot light. The "streaming " service was what you brought, not what was there like it said.when we left it had raining so you couldn't get to the dumpster without walk thru mud and ****. I ended up taking my trash home. So for our Romantic anniversary, it was kind of a let down.

Little Red River Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in cabin number 15 at Lobo Landing was ok. We arrived to not having internet/tv. Called the manager if property and she did come to fix. We had cable guy at the cabin at 7pm Friday night. He was able to install new router. The cabin also had a gas fireplace, but the pilot light was not lit. I could never get it to light. The cabin also had a firepit but it was full of dirt and debris. The grass leading down to and around the firepit was overgrown as well. It needs to be cut in order to prevent a fire if someone could get firepit to have fire. It needs to be taller and have bricks on the bottom with a vent hole on the side so it will work. There was also no pressure on the hot water on the sink faucet. The oven buzzes when warm, very annoying. The TV in the master bedroom only has fx channel and u cant turn volume down either because the remote is broke and there are no buttons on the actual tv to be able to control. Before someone else stays there, there are several things that needs to be done so everything works. Overall, I thought it was a pretty view but overpriced for the accommodations.
