sorry about having to put toilet paper in the waste baskets but the house is on a septic tank and it get stopped up in the lines and backs up in tubs and sink. I had rather put it in trash can than you have sewer backed up in tubs while you are visiting. Hard to get a plumber out to fix the problem soon. Not sure what type of bags you were talking about master bath had trash bags under the sink and up stairs bathroom had trash bags in drawer by toilet . But I hope you had a good trip

sorry about the toilet paper but house is on a septic tank and the paper and famine products get stopped up in the lines and causes back up. Great ya'll had a great time and enjoyed fishing.

Trips with good family time is what the children will remember and tell their children someday. Thanks for leaving the house so clean and taking care of our home. We purchased the house for us, but decided to share it because we don't get to the river like we thought we would.

I apologize for the weather, it did rain really hard that weekend. The house has never had water in the game room since I purchased the house in Nov. 2019. My son lived in it for 6 months, he didn’t have any water problems. I had it checked for mold, no mold was found. I have bleached the brick which has a black tint in them just be be safe. I have build concrete barrier to move rain water from that door and wall. The master bathroom was checked out by a handyman. There was no plumbing leaks, no water was found under the house. No leaking from roof. With closer inspection of bathroom we notice water inside the glass towel cabinet across from whirlpool tub. Water has been in that cabinet once before when I purchased the house and I was cleaning whirlpool tub ,jets and I turn jets on before tub was full. Pulled the first layer of flooring up water had pooled on the old vinyl in front on the tub. Water was cleaned up then relayed new floor. No more water problems was noticed in bathroom. Sorry you had problem. I did not file an insurance claim to pay for having the house checked out checked and have the floor pulled up and relay new floor for the tub problems. I try to keep my places in great shape. I have had rentals for 27 yrs. my tenets move because need bigger places or work. Not because I don’t keep my properties in great shape. Tenna- owner
