Le propriétaire de cette maison est un artiste à temps plein, vous séjournerez dans la maison d'hôtes inférieure privée, elle est privée pour vous et vos invités, ce charmant deux chambres, salle de bain complète, kitchenette dispose d'une allée privée et d'une entrée. Il est situé dans la charmante ville de Fayetteville en Géorgie. Dans cet endroit paisible, vous êtes à 30 miles ou moins de tous les sites notables d'Atlanta et des sites sportifs. Cette unité est facilement accessible depuis l'Interstate 75, Interstate 85, GA. Hwy. 54 et GA. Hwy. 85.

Beautiful stay!

Tony was absolutely great, once we arrived he came outside to greet and meet us all. The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a stay, outside there’s a little putting green and a nice sitting area with a little stream that runs behind everything , so very beautiful! We had an amazing stay here.

Tony's place is very nice in a quiet little neighborhood. We had everything we needed and Tony is very attentive host. There is a nice outdoor area at the house, although we didn't get much of a chance to use it as the weather was uncooperative.

Great place for a great weekend

When booking I misunderstood that this was just the small unit below the main house and not the entire home. This was entirely my mistake as the add clearly stated this fact. Regardless, we were able to squeeze in and had an amazing weekend for a fair price. The outdoor setting is fantastic and our host even had a campfire ready for us on arrival! Only 15 minutes away from Atlanta Motor Speedway, this was a great place to stay for any race fan. The town nearby also offered a few unique bars with live music that rounded out our busy day at the track. The unit does not have an oven but Tony provides an air fryer and microwave that got us through just fine.

Tony is a great host!

Tony is a great host! I did not understand the unit is IN his home…I thought it was in a separate building in back but that is probably my fault. He controlled the air conditioning for the whole house, and adjusted it immediately for us when we requested…but I felt bad asking him to make the accommodation and would have preferred a separate space. He has cool artwork and photography throughout the unit. The kitchenette and bathroom was clean, but our bedrooms were a bit dusty and the fans in the closets and the sofa need to be cleaned. Parking is a tight turnaround…better to back down the long driveway. He left a great bowl of snacks for us to enjoy and water in the fridge. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Thank you for letting us stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay!

My son and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks while he attended a film camp. Tony was a great host - his home was super comfortable and it was easy to get in touch with him if we needed anything. I really appreciated all of the photography and art, and my son loved the outdoor space out back and spent several evenings outside. We would definitely stay again if we're ever back in town!

Comfortable and relaxing

Excellent get away. I was in town for the NASCAR weekend and had everything I needed in between the hustle and bustle right here. Tony made sure that I was comfortable and let me know that he is right there if needed without invading my privacy. Beautiful set up inside and out. So much that in fact I did not get a chance to appreciate it all.

Wonderful Experience!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The location was extremely peaceful and quiet all while being within minutes from everything we had planned. We got to tour several filming locations in as well as visit several shops and restaurants. I will say I was a little on the fence as this was the first time I have stayed in a home with the homeowner being on the property but after meeting the homeowner everything was great! Would for sure like to stay here again and possibly take advantage of the home owners artist experience! Thanks again for a great time!

Private Get Away

Had an amazing time with a buddy celebrating his graduation. Bit of a drive to everything in ATL, but that was expected. The bonfire pit was really enjoyable and being able to relax outside under the trees was really great. House was very clean, and Tony had a bunch of snacks out for us upon arrival which were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit ATL.

We loved everything

If you are looking for a quiet clean please just to enjoy the scenery and just enjoy the moment away. My sister and I are single moms and have not seen each other in a while and wanted some sister time. We truly enjoyed ourselves the host were amazing, and friendly. Nice sitting area and grill so you place something on there and fire pit. We saw a family of deers such a beautiful sight. We will keep them in mind when we need more sister mom get aways. The art and decor was such a breathe of fresh air.

This was a cozy 2 bed room and 1 bath with living area, a kitchenette configuration with no stove: there is a Microwave, fridge, Keurig, Mr. Coffee, pantry area and sink are available with thoughtful supplies left for you. Both Tony and Onetta were quite welcoming hosts and available to help at any time. There's a picturesque fire pit with freshly chopped wood for you to enjoy the woods where you can watch deer play and enjoy the night stars on the swing provided just steps from your glass door. Although in a quiet neighborhood and seems miles away from hussle and bussle, restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment venues are within a couple of miles away. Highly recommended...
