✔ In addition to king beds, each bedroom has smart TV, ceiling fan, and armoire or luggage racks

✔ Well appointed kitchen with air fryer, coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster.
✔ Highchair + pack ‘n play along with a few toys, board games, playing cards, and books stocked to keep the little ones entertained.

You have access to the entire house, except the supply closet (located in the primary bathroom).

Other things to note
‱ We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have.
‱ While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Senoia, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.).
‱ Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week on Messenger, but if any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
‱ Being in the south with hot temps and rain, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have quarterly pest control to help but if you see an insect, please take a picture to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can.
‱ We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies.
‱ There are external cameras that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours. They’re recorded 24/7.
‱ The house is on a septic tank with sensitive plumbing so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

The entire house was clean!! Location is excellent. The road is actually a dead end and traffic was nonexistent, even during our holiday stay! Communication with the host was clear and friendly. Highly recommend this property!!

The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The house was easy to get to and it was nice to not have too many "chores" to do before you leave. There 6 adults in my group, so seating wasn't the best or most comfortable, but the beds were. We enjoyed our weekend together in the city. Senoia is a great town.

The entire home was clean! I love that the code to the lock was the last 4 of my phone number. The washer and dryer were state of the art! Great that there was coffee and filters! Wonderful stay in sonoia

We had a really great stay at Ashley’s home in Senoia Georgia. The location was great easy to get around, the house was extremely clean and comfortable. The decorations were simple and elegant. we'd definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the private feel of the home. Really clean and the beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Great House! Awesome Host!

We were in town for a long weekend for our teenager’s golf tournament. This great little house had everything we needed. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and one of the most thoughtful hosts. We would highly recommend and give more stars if possible!

Nice property

The house was very comfortable and quiet. We were only there to sleep as we were in the area attending a wedding. Didn’t really use the kitchen, but it looked very functional.

This house is layed out perfectly for people who get up at different times! I am an early riser and was able to enjoy my morning without disturbing anyone else. There were four of us from 64 to 85 and we were all comfortable.We really enjoyed the peaceful wooded setting of the property and the front porch was a gift! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well set up. I don't know what shampoo is in the dispenser but it is glorious! We all are still touching our heads and saying WOW! Checkout was a breeze and Ashley was attentive and easy to get ahold of. When back in the area I will be staying here again!

Clean and quiet

Very nice stay, everything was clean, mattress was comfortable in primary room. Plenty of room for the max amount of people. We have a toddlerAnd he has room for his toys. Kitchen was nice and clean. We didn’t cook but it was great.Tv in each room of you need one. They were very accommodating and responded to my messages quickly. We came to town to visit my brother and it was the perfect location from them.

Little Gem in Senoia, GA

This precious little gem was exactly what we needed! Flat backyard perfect for cornhole. Kitchen well stocked with proper cooking needs and a few spices. Regular coffee pot, but coffee and filters provided. It was a perfect weekend!

Little get a away

Me and my partner booked this place as a quiet getaway for our anniversary and it ended up being exactly what we needed. Not a long drive but away from the hustle and bustle near the by city. The town and restaurants were fabulous. No major traffic, the host was amazing. Very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Decorated so nice. Loved that we were close to everything! Would recommend and go back again! Thanks Ashley

Perfect family getaway!

We had the best time in your beautiful town! Our teen is a huge fan of The Walking Dead and we wanted to do something special for him. Friday check in was smooth and the home was the perfect fit for our family. We played catch phrase and ordered Johnnys New York Style pizza through door dash. Saturday we made breakfast and enjoyed a cup of coffee on the front porch. Our youngest is 3.5 and he loved the tree swing and the bag of building blocks. Walked around the farmers market then did TWD tour that afternoon. The show makes the town seem so much bigger lol! It’s fun watching the show after seeing the sites in person! We also ate at Curious Kitchen for appetizers and a drink, rented a golf cart, and had dinner at Nic and Norman’s! Lisa’s crepery was one of my favorite stops. Our oldest son thought staying across from Crooks Rd was the coolest thing since some of his favorite scenes were filmed there. Sunday we stopped for a drink at Senoia Beer Co and listened to live music. The house was perfect and very clean. We appreciated the big bedrooms, extra towels and comfy beds so much. Loved the spacious back yard, we saw a few deer and played some baseball! Thank you for everything!
