Great place!!

Pics definitely don’t do this place justice! Very spacious and quality furniture/beds. Every room has a bathroom too! Slept my wife and I, two older sons and there girlfriends/fiancé, and 2 teenagers perfectly!! A lot of stairs yes, but worth it imo! We’ll be back for sure.

Roomy Seaside Penthouse

Property is spacious, airy, clean, and well equipped. Views, especially at night, are captivating. Beds (king, queen, and twins) are super comfortable. The neighborhood is family friendly and quiet. Property is walking distance to beach and all boardwalk amenities . One delta…lots of stairs! We had a comfortable and memorable stay.

This rental was amazing! The condo was so spacious and bigger than we thought! Absolutely gorgeous! The owner was so great! He provided six beaches passes for the beach so we didn’t have to pay which was much appreciated! He reached out to us to make sure that everything was in order and to make sure we were pleased with the property! Above and beyond our expectations! Will definitely rent this property again!!!

Fantastic rental in north seaside heights

The property is a very large 4-bedroom penthouse. It comprises the entire 3rd (top) floor of its building. The layout is great, it was incredibly clean, well-furnished, and all the appliances (HVAC, washer, dishwasher, stove) seemed new and well-maintained, and worked well. The master bedroom and bathroom were enormous, the other rooms were reasonable sizes. Beds were comfortable. There is a terrace, and you can see the ocean (and the sunrise) from the terrace and from the master bedroom window. The location is great, about 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk, in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks away from the rides and bars. Apart from the boardwalk, there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The rental came with two parking spaces underneath the building, and with six beach passes. There was a hose under the building to rinse off after the beach. It didn't bother us, but the unit is a third floor walkup, so maybe not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Highly recommend, and I would gladly go back.

Great Spacious Rental

this unit was clean, comfortable and convenient. Great location, walking distance to the casino pier and beaches. I would definitely stay here again. you can easily have two families split this comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and the other two have a jack and Jill. It's on a quiet street at the northern end of Seaside Heights, and the air conditioning was perfect

Great stay at Jersey Shore

Nice property walking distance from the boardwalk and beach. Well equipped functional apartment with big living room . All appliances worked and were in great condition. Would stay here again!

Great stay close to the beach

Myself and my family used this 3rd story stay for our reunion at the Jersey Shore. I actually think the pictures do not do the home justice. It is a large open space with plenty of room to comfortably fit 8 adults. The apartment itself is also very well stocked. We came with supplies for cleaning, laundry and paper products, but if we hadn't it would have been completely fine. The kitchen and laundry are fully stocked with whatever you might need during the stay, which made cooking dinners for everyone easy. There are also ample linens and towels, so we didn't need to worry about that as well. The property itself is a very short 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach (and Jersey Shore house if that is your thing). We found the location very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Possible pitfalls to using this property were few, but this is what we encountered: Parking--The property comes with 2 convenient spots under the building, but we had 4 cars total. It took a lot of trial and error and asking around but THERE IS FREE PARKING. If you drive a few blocks North where some of the super expensive homes are, weirdly enough that's where the free parking is. We parked right against the beach on Ocean Avenue and 9th street. All along that part of the beach is free parking. Stairs--This would only be a problem for persons who struggle with mobility. From the sidewalk to the apartment is a full 3 flights of fairly steep stairs, so this is just something to be aware of if that sounds daunting to you. Other than that, great stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

Uncomfortable Stay

The place we rented was nice and roomy but the biggest issue was the AC. It was controlled by the owner. The temp never made it down below 90 degrees in the condo. Several time the owner shut down the unit. Staying inside was more of a hazard then going out in the Sun. Anyone planning to stay here i would recommend the owner provides you with full access to AC. I would not recommend this place if you did not have access to AC control. Rest was fine.

Ketan rented the place for 3 nights listing 6 guests. He had 9 or 10 staying in the condo which should have been an significant additional charge, which I didn't charge. The thermostats for this unit are located in the hallway and don't accurately measure the temps in the unit. This is a family friendly place that doesn't allow parties; Ketan and his young friends had over 200 beer bottles and liquor bottles. This is a beach house that comes with 6 complimentary beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, etc; go to the beach and come home and open the windows and enjoy the breeze. The guy called me 10 times before coming in. Amateur hour.
