PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

- We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap in bathrooms.

- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed at any time. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.

- IF YOUR INTENTION IS TO RENT OUR HOUSE FOR UNDERAGE KIDS THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.

- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.

- Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.

- Beach badges must be in home by check out time. They cannot be mail, shipped, returned, etc. You are responsible for them and if lost you will be charged the amount for replacement.
