Charmante maison de ville situĂ©e dans le quartier victorien historique, Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons de la rue principale Breckenridge, Ă  quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants. Chaque unitĂ© a une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse. La navette gratuite s'arrĂȘte devant l'Ă©tablissement toutes les 20 minutes. Les maisons en rangĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©es avec de nouveaux meubles, tapis, sols carrelĂ©s, comptoirs de cuisine, tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat et literie neuve.

French Ridge est une petite propriété de charme avec 24 unités. La plupart sont à deux étages. A l'étage se trouve la chambre principale et salle de bain privée, une laveuse-sécheuse empilable et une 2e chambre avec un ensemble de lits jumeaux et sa propre salle de bain. En bas, un plan d'étage ouvert avec la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon, la cheminée et l'entrée de votre terrasse. Il y a 2 unités de plain-pied au rez-de-jardin si vous avez des difficultés avec les escaliers.

We booked this condo last minute specifically to get away for Christmas and spend time relaxing, enjoying the fireplace, and being together. Unfortunately, the unit we received made that impossible.The listing photos did not match the actual condo. It appears some units are updated; ours was not. We were placed in a basement-level unit with windows facing the ground, resulting in almost no natural light and a dark, uninviting space.Cleanliness was unacceptable. The unit was dirty upon arrival, and both shower drains were completely clogged with hair and debris. After being unable to reach anyone for help, my husband had to unclog them himself.The carpets were filthy despite signs instructing guests to remove shoes. Bedding, towels, pillows, sheets, and mattresses were extremely worn and uncomfortable. The sheets were scratchy, and the mattresses were very poor quality.The fireplace was a major disappointment. No fire starter or matches were provided, and when used, smoke filled the unit instead of venting properly. This is not user error—we know how to operate a fireplace. The issue appears mechanical and should be addressed for safety.Sleep was nearly impossible. The master bedroom shared a wall with a loud furnace that ran every 10–15 minutes, and road and upstairs noise were constant due to poor insulation.We were also overcharged and are still resolving it.This stay took away from what was supposed to be a meaningful Christmas getaway. I would not recommend.

The property was very close to all of the shops and restaurant. Everything was withjn walking distance. Had nice views and was very clean. Everything was set up nicely upon arrival and well stocked with firewood.

Great location. However, the bed in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced. We both woke with sore backs. The condo was clean and well equipped with two minor exceptions. Three of the four of us are women and couldn’t remember having such bad toilet paper. Also the coffee tasted as if it had expired a while ago. We arrived on a Sunday and had some difficulty finding the unit. Those instructions could be clearer.

Great location!

Can’t beat the location. Bus and Trolley stops 2 min walk. Never used the rental truck. Very comfortable and everything was provided.

Location is perfect!

The place is exactly as advertised, and it's in a great location. It's in the middle of the town and a block away from a grocery store if you need it. It's also a nice 11 minute walk from the nearest Breckenridge chair lift, with shuttles nearby.

Good option

Good location, short 5-10 minute walk to base of Quicksilver lift and even shorter two block walk to all the restaurants/shopping on Main St. Don’t need a car as there is a grocery one block away also. Worked great for family of four with two adult kids that could go do their own thing easily also. Clean, well-stocked, space to spread out. Only negative is upstairs bedrooms considerably hotter than downstairs. Climate control is bad in all the places I’ve stayed in Breck though.

The condo was very nice and comfortable and in the perfect location. Main street was only 2 blocks away and a small grocery store was only a block away. Parking was right behind the condo, so we could load and unload very easily. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place!

Location is amazing. Super close to Main St, grocery stores, etc. We really didn't even need our car except to ski. This is in the heart of the historic district, so it is older, but was perfect for us. Simple, clean and cozy. Will stay again!

French Ridge F-1

Great location, walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola.Fully furnished with everything we needed and the best burning firewood was a plus. A few things are a little outdated but for the price and location, it's one of the best deals in Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again.

I’m not one to complain, and have been to Breckenridge on many occasions and used several management companies but never experienced what we did with French Ridge townhomes. The pictures they use describing the units are deceiving as they don’t represent the garden units which are basements. The unit was dated and needed several repairs. One bathroom shower had a broken shower lever sitting on the tub so you had to maneuver the thing to get the shower going and then it didn’t drain properly so you were standing in dirty water while showering. In this unit you can hear the people walking upstairs, which means no sleeping in or enjoying family time in the evening. This disaster gets even better, one evening we threw a small loads of clothes in the washer, and it stopped working at the rinse/spin cycle. We reset it 3/4 times but it wouldn’t start the cycle. We had to take the clothes out of the washer and manually ring them out in the sink to put them in the dryer. Let’s talk cleaning. The first night I wanted to freshen up some clothes in the dryer and when I open the dryer, there was a pile of wet towels sitting there. When we go to bed, the bed spread smells like a man’s cologne AND the blanket at the foot of the bed reeked of the same cologne. This smell was not a cleaning detergent and definitely was a man’s cologne. You could smell the cologne all over the furniture. Was the unit cleaned?? This was beyond disgusting and a disaster! Do you not have anyone to do repairs?
