Ten Mile Suites 103 est un spacieux condo de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances mĂ©morables Ă  Breckenridge. Chaque chambre a un nouveau lit queen et un tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat. Profitez d'une belle vue sur le domaine skiable dĂšs le lit. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon et l'une des chambres dispose d'une chaise confortable supplĂ©mentaire qui s'arrĂȘte dans un lit jumeau.


La cuisine est entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©e et prĂȘte pour vous permettre de prĂ©parer des repas maison. Jouez aux cartes autour de la table pendant que le dĂźner est en train de cuire. RĂ©chauffez-vous dans le salon prĂšs de la confortable cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et salon devant l'immense tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat sur le tout nouveau canapĂ©.

L’emplacement de Ten Mile Suites est trĂšs pratique: Ă  seulement trois rues de Main Street! Le bus Free Ride Shuttle, qui vous emmĂšne sur les pistes, prend place juste en face du bĂątiment Atrium Condominiums (rattachĂ© au Ten Mile Suites). De plus, Ten Mile Suites sauvegarde le parc Carter, qui est notre colline de luge gratuite en hiver et de volley-ball et de tennis gratuits en Ă©tĂ©.

Les équipements sur place comprennent des machines à linge de monnaie, un placard de stockage de ski et un jacuzzi communautaire. Remarque: une place de stationnement est disponible pour le numéro 103 qui est attribué. Des places de stationnement supplémentaires sur le terrain sont attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Wonderful stay

We had the best time. The place was nicer than the pictures. We walked everywhere and conveniently next to a grocery store too. There were 4 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. The pantry was stocked with essentials which was nice as well.

Great location

For a group of artists showing at the Main Street Station, it was a wonderful location so we could walk to the show! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. 3 bedroom 3 bath was ideal.

Great getaway

We have stayed in this comfortable condo for two years and would rent it again. It is clean and quiet and convenient to Main Street. The floor plan works well for families. And the kitchen is well stocked and clean.

Just right for family group

Clean, comfortable and well located. Three suites were great for our three couples. Well eqipped and roomy kitchen. Short walk to shops and restaurants on Main. Right on the bus line.

Location was wonderful

A major plus was each bedroom had its own bathroom. The decor and cleanliness was great. The check in process went smoothly. The place was well stocked with all items needed for a comfortable stay. The location to Main Street shops and restaurants was fantastic. A walk to the Troll was also within a short distance.

Great Family stay

We stayed for a week with my family. It was spacious and a great location (walking distance to Carter Park). Checking in was simple and easy. The place is well-stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Note: Washer and dryer are communal on the property and take coins ($2/use i think). The washer was out of order during our stay.

Family friendly and fun location

We really enjoyed this property for our two week stay in Breck! Never thought I would say this, but the management company was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive-even offered to accept an Amazon package to ensure delivery! FYI this property has quite a few kids booster seats as well as several pack and plays which is super nice! (Just wish we had known so we didn’t bring ours) great location in respect to the elementary school playground as well which is handy if you’re visiting outside of school season.

Great Location

This condo worked out well for us. The 3 bedrooms with queen beds and private baths worked perfectly for us and our adult children with spouses. The property itself is older and shows it’s age but it was clean and the location couldn’t be beat. We didn’t move the car in the week and half we were there. Ot was a short 5 minute walk to dining and shopping on Main St. It was quiet and night and early morning hours. We all agreed we’d stay here again.

We had plenty of space to relax and socialize. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was just a few steps out the door of our unit. There was a shuttle to take us to the slopes right outside the unit as well. We will absolutely stay here again!!

Great place

We stayed 4 nights/5 days and we had no idea what to expect. We arrived to find the condo perfect in size, there were 6 adults, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, all private. The bedrooms were small and the beds left a lot to be desired but the rooms were clean. We had a problem with the Fist Alert Carbon Monoxide unit, it began beeping late one evening, we found batteries and changed them to no avail, it kept beeping. Turning the unit over we could see that it had expired in 2007 so the only thing that could be done was replacing the old unit which they did the next morning.

Great 3-Bed/3-Bath Close to Town

We had an excellent stay at the 10 Mile Suites 103 and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 3-Bedroom location close to town. The rooms are, essentially, all the same: Queen bed and an attached bathroom in each bedroom. One room (not pictured in the images), is slightly larger and includes a loveseat. The living room is spacious, the fire place is easy to operate, and the sofa bed was actually very comfortable (firm mattress). Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids (family of 2 and two grandmothers). Each grandma had their own room, my wife and I had one and the kids moved between grandmothers rooms and the sofa bed. The kids liked the sofa bed once they tried it. Everyone felt the beds were fine; not the most comfortable, but by no means uncomfortable. The kitchen was larger and fully stocked with more than enough kitchen equipment to cook dinners. There is also a crockpot, although we did not use it, which is an awesome option to have for warm, hearty apres-ski dinners. There is ample storage areas for coats and boots right inside the door and there is a ski locker just inside the main entrance to the building. The location is good overall. The blue route stops within a block of the condo making access to peak 9 base area and the gondola very easy, but services end at 5PM. Walking back from town at night is easy, approximately 4-5 blocks, however the street is not very well lit and the sidewalks were not completely clear; keep that in mind for icy days.
