Ce tout nouveau condominium de trois étages a tout pour plaire! UN pâté de maisons de la rue Main! Deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes; la chambre queen au rez-de-chaussée et la suite parentale (avec lit king) au troisième étage. Le salon et la cuisine sont au niveau intermédiaire et comprennent une terrasse avec vue sur Lookout Mountain. Des tonnes de restaurants et de boutiques tous accessibles à pied.

Anniversary

Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Located either a nice walk or a short drive to everything we wanted to do, made for a great stay.

Perfect Chattanooga Condo

Nice, new condo centrally located near great locally owned breakfast and dinner spots. Condo is well appointed with lots of extra amenities. Logan was very responsive before and during our stay. Loved the Keurig too! We would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

The place was perfect and we all agreed that the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever slept in. The location is walkable to almost everything. The host is extremely responsive. We could not have asked for a better stay. If you have trouble with stairs though, this place is not for you. We definitely got our workouts in!

Ideal location'

We had a great long weekend in Chattanooga. The location of the space was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to all that we had planned to do. The unit was very clean, it came with it on parking spot, and it was well equipped for dining at home. We appreciated the separation of the two bedrooms, made for privacy for two couples. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely the best condi

This property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The owner was great on responding to question before we left and gave great direction on parking and getting into the condo. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. The bed was absolutely comfortable! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. We did alot of walking and felt very safe in this neighborhood! We will definitely rent this condo again! Logan was definitely great to work with!

Perfect! Just perfect!

This property is ideal for adult travelers! Location is great - safe neighborhood, close to lots of dining, shopping, and entertainment. We parked our car in the reserved parking spot and walked everywhere. Nice! Unit was lovely and immaculate! Everything you need was provided. Two balconies are perfect for sipping wine and enjoying fresh air. Not a good option for children or anyone having trouble climbing stairs.

Excellent in every way

Logan's property is modern, very comfortable and well equipped. It is in an excellent location in Downtown Chattanooga; just off Main Street, so it was quiet but suitably located to reach excellent restaurants and cafes on foot. There is dedicated parking for one car and ample additional parking in the area. Although the apartment is centrally located, we did not experience heavy traffic and navigating the city on foot or by car was easy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, there were ample towels and the knives in the kitchen were sharp. The property is light and airy, whilst cozy and roomy enough not to be on top of each other. The check-in process was straight forward and communicating with Logan was a breeze. We look forward to returning soon.

Christmas in Southside

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was extremely clean, and had wonderfully comfortable beds. Everything was just as described, but I think it's even nicer looking than the pictures. Very tall ceilings, so it feels really spacious. We loved having our own dedicated parking spot just steps from the condo. Although we didn't explore much around the condo, our Chattanooga daughter said there are lots of great restaurants and shops very close to the condo. Two things I'd mention: Stairs. Lots of stairs. We didn't mind them at all, but if you have a mobility impaired person in your party, this would be challenging. Also, the kitchen is rather sparse in supplies- pots, pans, etc. We didn't mind, as our daughter lives locally and was able to supply us with the items needed to fix our Christmas feast. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Excellent coffee maker and appliances. Washer and dryer were easy to operate, and on the master lever, which was very handy. Logan was extremely easy to work with. Lots of options on the tv for movies, etc. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great place to spend a week in Chattanooga!

Fantastic property & host

The property was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a great long weekend getaway. Logan was responsive and easy to reach. The location was perfect. we were able to walk to transit and found bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, a great experience with this property. I would not recommend for elderly guests, or guests with mobility issues because of the stairs. Personally, we did not have an issue, however I could see where it might become tiresome. It was great for our group of four adults. I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN,

We had a great experience staying at Logan's place. Property was immaculate with all the convenience that you could ask for. Location was convenient to lots of cool stuff. And Logan is very cool and easy to deal. We would totally stay here again when visiting Chattanooga. A++++!

Great Ladies' Weekend!

The property is as listed and is very cozy. The location is great and in close proximity to many restaurants and other attractions. The owner was easily accessible and highly responsive during our stay. I'd definitely utilize this property again. There are 3 levels so be prepared for the stairs, but it was more than I expected; the owner did a great job. The property was also very well stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. Well worth renting out this property if you are ever planning to stay in the "Chat."

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Chattanooga. We stayed at another similar place recently and preferred this location. It is very walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. We liked the set up of the property, with the guest bedroom on the main level, living area and kitchen on the second level, and main bedroom and laundry on the third level. It was a little confusing when we arrived to the property and the exterior door by the designated parking spot would not let us in. After a few minutes of trying to get it to work, we realized there was another door around the front of the property where the code worked. The only down side that was different than other places we have stayed, was having to take the trash out to the dumpster ourselves, even though we paid a hefty cleaning fee for the short 3 night stay. I like other properties that have that included as part of the cleaning fee. It would be helpful if the instruction book told us where we could find the outdoor trash bins instead of having to walk the property to find it ourselves. Not something that would keep us from staying again, just the only complaint I had for the property. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Excellent place and perfect location! We walked and ate almost everywhere and they were fabulous!

The only thing I would say is that there were lots of stairs! But the place was decorated beautifully and had all the modern amenities even coffee and phone chargers! It was great!
