Totally renovated home in a rural/quiet setting just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! Come rest and recharge here. This home offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One queen bed and one full bed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Stainless steel appliances with new cabinets and granite countertops. Keurig with K-Cups provided. The home has mountain views and is right across the street from a creek. Close proximity to hiking, rock climbing and much more just minutes away. Plenty of parking and boat friendly parking!

Great stay here. Super tight fit backing a boat but it’s doable. Place was very clean and perfect for couple nights for me and my two boys to stay and fish Chicc. Would certainly book again.

A Great Place To Stay

This was perfect for us. The host “left the light on for us”! We rolled in very late, it was comfortable and clean. The location was great. Quiet setting and easy access to highway. We will stay again! The cottage is very cute and inviting!

Adorable cottage

Sweet Stay

This sweet cottage is a hidden gem! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and well-taken care of with lots of attention to detail. It's in a quiet little neighborhood but close and convenient to local shops and restaurants. Communication with Logan throughout our stay was prompt and informative. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when we visit our daughter (who lives just a few minutes down the road in Hixson). Don't hesitate to book your stay...it's one of the nicest homes we've stayed in on VRBO!

Perfect Cottage Gettaway

We booked for a weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was the perfect location to visit Chatanooga but also enjoy the quiet of the mountains. It was clean and lovely when we arrived. I appreciated the little details with the coffee pods and fire wood. You can tell the house has seen a lot of love. We will definetly be back!

What a great house!

We had an amazing stay at this house. It has so much personality! We sat outside in the evenings and enjoyed the views and the quiet. It is in a perfect, peaceful location just outside town but close enough to get where you need to go quickly. We loved everything about it and will be coming back in 3 months. There is no where else we would rather stay.

Hixson Cottage

Renting the cottage was better than staying at a hotel. The cost is well worth the space and peaceful setting; very quiet area! The renters are very nice and we would definitely stay there again.

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN

Nice scenery nice location. Listening to the sound of the running water from falling water with the light breeze while sitting on the front porch was pure serenity. The cottage was neat clean and everything was well put together with a ton of modern updates also the location was great we didnt have to travel more than 30 minutes to get to the furthest place that we had on our itinerary. We enjoyed our visit & we will be booking this cottage again in the near future. If you book this cottage you won't regret it. 💙

Great Affordable Stay

We had 2 employees stay here while completing a project in the area. They were very please with this quaint house. All was well maintained clean. Hosts were very helpful and respo. They live close by and we’re able to quickly take care of any needs. Would def recommend if you are in the area.

Great little house!

We loved staying at this newly renovated house. We had a wedding in Chattanooga and it was the perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels and supplies. The house is only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga so it was easy to go back and forth. I would highly recommend staying here!
