Cette propriété est l'endroit idéal pour une grande foule! Après vous être garé dans l'abri d'auto ou dans l'allée avec au moins 4 places de stationnement, vous traversez la porte d'entrée et descendez le couloir pour un salon spacieux à aire ouverte avec une cuisine avec tous vos besoins de cuisine, deux coins repas et deux sièges domaines. Les vues depuis le salon sont magnifiques! Au dernier étage se trouvent également deux chambres. La chambre principale a un lit king et une salle de bain principale privée. La deuxième chambre en lit queen et une salle de bain attenante. Les portes coulissantes doubles mènent à un porche spacieux avec deux tables à manger extérieures et des grils à gaz et à charbon pour votre commodité.

En bas, vous trouverez un salon séparé pour les enfants (avec un canapé-lit queen). Vous trouverez également une chambre spacieuse supplémentaire avec un lit king-size. Il y a aussi une chambre super amusante avec 6 lits jumeaux. A l'extérieur, vous trouverez un grand porche couvert avec une balançoire. Juste à quelques pas de la maison est un quai avec une rampe de glissement de bateau et jet ski pour vous d'utiliser.

Le restaurant Kowaliga est à moins de 10 minutes de la maison par voie terrestre ou maritime. Chimney Rock est à moins de 10 minutes en bateau. Anchor Bay Marina, qui propose la location de bateaux, est à environ 5 minutes en bateau ou à 3 minutes en voiture.

House was a great location, very clean and well stocked. Only thing I would change would be to know about boat storage in the information section. I didn’t realize how steep driveway would be but was offered access to park the boat. The only thing we lacked was somewhere to plug the boat in. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you staying with us. I’m sorry to hear that the parking arrangement for your boat didn’t meet your expectations. The check-in information included details about a large, flat area just down the road designated for boat and trailer parking, which has worked well for many of our guests. I’m always happy to answer any questions prior to or during a stay to help ensure everything goes smoothly. I also wanted to mention that the home was not left in the condition outlined in our checkout instructions. We do ask all guests to follow those guidelines so we can maintain the property for future visitors and make it easier for our cleaning crew. Lastly, I’d appreciate a bit more clarification on your comment about needing to “plug the boat in.” That’s not something we’ve encountered before, and I’d love to better understand so we can consider any helpful updates for future guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful lake house. The view is amazing and the area is relatively quiet. The adults as well as the kids enjoyed the outdoor area. The kitchen is well stocked for making family meals.

It was the perfect weekend getaway with our crew. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, we never left the house except to go on the boat. The dock was perfect for the kids to run and jump off of and perfect place for the mommas to relax a little on the porch swing. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous lake house that is beautifully decorated. The covered dock was very convenient. We had a large group of 14 people (8 adults and 6 kids) and the house was perfect for that size (both sleeping arrangements and eating tables / couches). The host (Shana) was a great communicator and very accommodating with check-in and check out times. Thank you.

Family Vacation

Our children grew up vacationing on Lake Martin at a family lakehouse. We do not have access to that house anymore. Everyone wanted to go back to Lake Martin and take the grandkids. This was a perfect place to accommodate a large family(8 adults and 2 gramd). The location of this house was perfect to be able to play in the water without all the boat traffic. We highly recommend staying here!

As a young family, we started coming to Lake Martin with several of our friends and their families. We have had many years of fun and laughter on this lake. This grew into an annual tradition of 11 years. We decided to someday make Lake Martin our home and just recently bought a house of our own. For now, we are sharing our house with guests. We hope you will love Lake Martin as much as we do!
