Room was clean, location was great, low traffic amounts, had a maintenance issue and it was handled promptly, everyone was friendly, and lots of restaurants close by.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach with a great balcony view. Parking was easy and in a quiet area. The only thing negative i can say about the condo is the refrigerator did not work.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and we will definitely be back. Its not a large condo so it feels a little more private. The restaurant next door is highly recommended! The ocean view is perfection! I can't wait to stay again soon!

Renting was easy process, room was ready on time. Great beach access, nice to have chairs and umbrellas set up. Very friendly area up and down beach.

The beach view was amazing, the bathroom was sufficient and clean, living room same. Kitchen table are was very unsturdy. the kitchen was lacking, Multiple dirty dishes inside the cabinet cabinets and not just a little (lots) they did communicate that they were only providing minimal cleaning supplies however, when I have to start cleaning other people’s dishes, I find that frustrating and unfair to only be provided one packet of dish detergent, and one packet of dishwasher detergent. Our first bedroom door was locked with no response from the company until mid morning the next day so my kids had to sleep on the pullout couch with no sheets and no blankets Once that room was open, there was food on the floor in multiple places They were responsive to bring us more towels and bedding for the pullout couch next day, which was too late because by the time we got those, we didn’t need the pullout couch anymore. The whole place needed to paint job but what beach place doesn’t with all the sea and sand wear and tear The big reason we picked this place was the view and having two beach chairs in a umbrella included We had a nice experience at the beach. It was just difficult the first night and frustrating with unclean items.

Serviceable, comfortable, right on the beach

This property had all that was needed for our short beach retreat. We appreciated the great view, the large kitchen, the balcony views, plenty of towels, beach umbrella and chairs, and great A/C. There were a few minor fixes needed to blinds, closet doors and the furnishings were a bit dated, but the price was worth it. Would stay there again.

Great Location

This condo is ONLY a few steps to the beach! Excellent location from the beach and very close to Stewby"s Seafood which I highly recommend. The unit is a little outdated and could use a deep cleaning but you forget about all that when you see the view and the location.

Just right.

We had a wonderful time. It was perfect distance to the beach and had a great view. Plenty of room for the kids to be kids. The only drawback was the WiFi went out but that was not anyone's fault. Over all this is a great place for the price!

Clean, dated, excellent location

This property was everything we needed/wanted! Right on the beach, with a gorgeous view of the gulf through the window and from the balcony. Tho spotlessly clean, my only complaint is that the building, furniture, and decor could use some TLC. I would still pick this place to stay again! Much quieter and laid back than in the hub of Destin.

Wonderful view!!

Place is located right on the beach and the view is amazing!! They however do not supply you with more than 1 wash cloth per person and 1 handtowel for your stay. Just bring some along with you. 😉

Just what I thought it would be!!!

It was everything that we could ask for great size for our family everything was clean and it was nice to look off the porch to the ocean to see dolphins in the morning. The condo stayed cooled the entire time and I loved that they thought of the idea for a dehumidifier. The beach was very clean and the people around us was very nice. Tons of things to do in fort walton and it was way quiter then destin which is nice when you have kids.

Beautiful view, but rough stay

This was our second time staying at this condo (two different units). We enjoyed it so much last year, we came back. We won’t be back again. We got to the condo and the lock wouldn’t work. The code was correct, but the deadbolt wouldn’t pull out. After being on the phone with 4 different people for over an hour, someone finally showed up.

Beach vaykay

When we arrived at the condo, after traveling all day. Went in and there was NO AC. We then were moved to a different location for the night, which was fine. I’ve been coming here all my life and never experienced this inconvenience before. Other than that when we got settled it was paradise of course.
