If you're ready to check out Oaklawn's new casino, you only have to travel a few miles down Central Avenue (less than a 10 minute drive). And during the summer, you can be at the lake or Magic Springs in just minutes!

The home features fast wifi, three flatscreen TVs with Roku, free Netflix and other streaming apps, coffee maker with an assortment of coffees, charcoal grill, brand new HVAC system keeps the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. New paint and flooring. Beautiful kitchen with all new granite and stainless steel appliances. All the cookware you need to prepare a great meal at home. appliances and cookware. Kick back on the front patio area and watch the hikers and bikers cruise by.

The house can sleep 8 comfortably. There is a large bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom. The queen bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom with a tub/shower.

You’ll have full and exclusive access to the house and property. Washer/dryer is available in the home if you need it. Detergent is complimentary.

No garage or carport; however, there is always plenty of street parking in front of the house.

I also own and rent the two houses on either side of this house. They're named "Ramble Cottage" & "The Hideaway." If you have a large group and are looking for 2-3 houses close to each other, this is the perfect setup for you. NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES: We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.
