This quirky upstairs duplex has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home!

Walking distance from downtown Hot Springs this 2 Bedroom has King Beds, A/C & Fireplaces that are sure to keep you cozy!

Our fully stocked kitchen, dedicated work space & full size laundry are sure to give you our five star treatment!

There is hiking, biking and boating within minutes! Come enjoy our fine restaurants and a walk through downtown Hot Springs!

The space
This newly restored 1928 duplex has large open spaces with a large living room, fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining room!

Two large bedrooms with King Beds and plenty of space to move around!

Twenty windows in each unit offers plenty of natural light and view of our local mountains.

Everything you need in the bathroom including luxurious towels and other bathroom amenities!

Guest access

You will have access to the entire upstairs duplex with direct access to the front and back yards.

Other things to note:
Please supervise your dogs in the backyard. Although it is fenced, please do not allow your pet to visit there unattended. Please pick up after pets with the pooper scooper provided.

My family and I absolutely loved this unit. It is absolutely adorable and comfy. Beds are nice and comfy. We are hoping to stay here again next year.The owner was super sweet and easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. Great place. Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Dawn responded quickly. A lot bigger than expected and great for our old dog. Easy to walk to Bath house row. Great little coffee shop, Hideaway Cafe, next door. Wonderful for breakfast. We would definitely rent this again!

Host was very welcoming and checked in before we even arrived.The amenities in this house are top notch. From coffee choices to laundry pods, from hampers to kleenex to a charging station with multiple chargers (!!!) This host has really put time and consideration into things.

This house was so cute! The layout was perfect for our group and the beds were super-comfy! The host laid out a delightful snack basket for us along with some delicious home-made candy. Communication was excellent. The location was so convenient to everything, yet quiet. We felt very safe. All little conveniences were appreciated, such as extra blankets and a little table for more counter space in the bathroom. No dishwasher, if you care about that (we didn't). We were there for a couple of unseasonably cold days and were very comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own little heater as well as the dining room. All in all, a delightful stay!

Loved the rental

The apartment is cute, clean, and in a good location. We had everything that we needed and everything is located closely. The neighborhood is good and there are coffee shops located in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Hot Springs 2025

Dawn was incredibly responsive and the historic home we stayed in exceeded our expectations. Accommodations were wonder and the proximity to all the major attractions made this the perfect place for our family.

It was clean and had all that we needed. It was walkable to the Main Street. It was a little sketchy in the evening, so we Ubered home for only 6. The twin bed is the couch in the living room where you take off the back cushions. It worked out well.

Amazing home! This is the cutest house. The rooms sizes are amazing-big rooms and wonderfully decorated. Loved the paint colors and fireplaces in each room. So close to town..walked there a couple of times. Loved being across from the sherif department!

The perfect place in Hot Springs!

This home is perfect for a Hot Springs getaway! It's very spacious and incredibly clean. It's also in a great location to walk to downtown or catch an Uber to the races! We were celebrating a friend's birthday and Dawn even left a birthday cake for her. It was such a special touch! We will definitely be back.

Great place!

My boyfriend and I spent New Year’s weekend at Dawn’s place. Dawn was very responsive, the place was spacious and clean! I loved all the extra amenities and loved that were extra bits for our four legged furriends. 100% recommend this place! Only a small drive/walk to the Main Street and you can easily get to the trails too.

2nd floor apartment is well stocked and makes.good use of its space. Walking distance to main downtown areas. Owner responded quickly to questions and inevitable maintenance items that occur with vintage buildings. Lots of Very happy with stay

Clean & Charming

I loved this little upstairs duplex. It was incredibly clean (I’m a clean freak with VRBOs), decorated with charm and thoughtfulness, and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It’s right across the street from the sheriff, so that can be a good or a bad thing (ha), but it was safe during our stay. I appreciated the extra touches Dawn provided, like a sheet to drape over the couch for the dog, plenty of extra towels if needed, and really just a fully stocked house. Home away from home. More than I expected!!!

This is our new FAVORITE Vrbo. Beautiful duplex. I could LIVE here!! My husband is already talking about “the next time” we come. We literally loved it here! It was so comfortable and very pet friendly. I really enjoyed the electric fireplaces. The kitchen had everything! A dining room!?!! Games, puzzles, magazines! Walking distance to downtown. Wonderful, attentive host! I CANNOT WAIT to go back!! This is a WONDERFUL place to stay!!!
