Belle maison de 84 ans rénovée à distance de marche du circuit automobile Oaklawn. Le premier étage dispose de 2 chambres avec lits queen, d'une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche, d'un salon, d'une salle à manger, d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et d'un salon. Le deuxiÚme étage dispose d'une grande chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et d'une salle de bain avec douche. Patio est derriÚre la maison avec un gril à gaz. Laveuse et sécheuse située sur la propriété. Home est équipé d'un systÚme de sécurité et d'un WIFI.

Everything about this house and rental stood out. The house is exceptional. From the cleanliness, the abundance of amenities to the historic charm. Check-in could not have been any easier and Debi was available if we needed anything. I truly cannot say enough about our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

This is a charming rental with all that we needed. There was room to park cars off the street (we had 2 cars), enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, more than one table area and lounging area. We cooked several meals. Would have enjoyed some basic spices but kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, utensils, ice maker and such. We did not need it but there was laundry machines - always convenient! The house was clean, well decorated and located close to the appts we had downtown. The driveway is steep, narrow and the squeeze under the portico was interesting... But if that bothers you, many parked on the street in this area. There are multiple security cameras in use and a house alarm. Check in was seamless and easy, communication was quick and helpful. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Eveything about our stay was fantastic! Everything we needed for a 5 day stay was provided and it felt like being at home! Super close for shopping, the Oaklaen Casino and downtown Hot Springs!! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Adorable Home With Great Space

This was a great house for our family with kids . Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The hose is decorated adorably and the kitchen is well-stocked. Communication with the host was quick and easy-going. So glad we stayed here. You’ll love it! The kids especially loved their big bedroom upstairs with their own bathroom and TV.

Weekend Getaway

We came to Hot Springs for a ladies weekend and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It's clean and beautifully decorated with lots of charm. The house is close to downtown Hot Springs which made getting to the different attractions easy to do. The hostess was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful lil cozy place. Very clean and comfortable. Great security system and makes you feel safe. House down street looked questionable but honestly they were just outside alot and worked on their sports cars. Quiet neighborhood really and very close to central avenue and everything. Host thought of everything you would need for your stay including shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries. Having 2 living areas was great to have. Beds were comfy and each rooms was decorated nicely. Place smelled great too. Only thing difficult was navigating my suv up drive through the attached carport area. Its lil narrow but my explorer squeezed through it and around to the back door and gate. Once around back, there is not any turn around room for larger vehicles. Just FYI before you drive back there and need to back out all the way. We mainly parked in the driveway before carport though and had no trouble. Overall, we had a great stay here and would most definitely come back. The host is very responsive too. Thanks for a great small family getaway on the fourth. Loved it!

Stay by the racetrack

This was a very nice property had all the amenities that we needed. Walking distance from Oaklawn Park horse track the house was decorated very nicely. Had a very nice patio to sit out on kitchen table, playing cards, eating. Nice sitting room in the back if you wanted to get away from the crowd and do some work or relax on your own, I would highly recommend this place beautiful place to stay. They have a really nice security system

Cozy birthday hang out

My family and I traveled from Austin to Hot Springs for my birthday. We were so delighted to come across the Spa city Cottage. We loved three house and all of its warm, welcoming touches. The host made check in so easy. We had a great time!

Quaint & charming

It was a great house for us. The neighborhood looked a little iffy, but was very quiet and peaceful. I definitely would stay there again. Pros - roomy, private and had a security system. Communication and responses were quick and helpful. Cons - steep and narrow driveway and is best to back in and carry items in the back door.
