Restmere Cottage est une maison récemment rénovée parfaitement équipée à seulement un mile des plages et est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de vacances. Niché dans un quartier calme, ce chalet de style BOHO chic est parfaitement dimensionné pour les vacances en couple jusqu'à une grande retraite en famille. Cette propriété est parfaite pour recevoir avec tous les nouveaux meubles. L'étage principal comprend un grand salon avec plusieurs canapés, des sièges confortables et une grande télévision avec câble, des chaînes premium et plusieurs connexions de console ... apportez vos appareils de jeu préférés. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve également une salle à manger avec une table à manger circulaire qui s'ouvre pour s'agrandir pour une grande réunion de famille. De la salle à manger, entrez dans la cuisine spacieuse avec tous les nouveaux appareils et un coin repas parfait pour votre café du matin. Vous cherchez à passer une nuit tranquille à? Cette cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un repas complet juste apporter les ingrédients. Chacune des trois chambres a des prises et des ports USB parfaitement placés pour votre table de chevet, de nouveaux téléviseurs muraux avec chaînes câblées et premium et un coin salon pour que vous puissiez vous évader dans votre propre chambre si nécessaire. Aucun détail n'a été négligé. En plus du salon du rez-de-chaussée, il y a un deuxième grand salon avec une porte coulissante sur une terrasse en bois avec des meubles de patio et une spacieuse cour privée clôturée dans l'arrière-cour. Il y a même un jeu / salon séparé avec une table de baby-foot vintage ainsi que d'autres jeux. Les deux espaces de vie et la salle de jeux ont une télévision avec câble, chaînes premium et canapés avec lits gigognes queen size. Cela rend cette propriété capable de dormir confortablement jusqu'à 12 personnes si nécessaire. Et ne pas trop emballer, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur disponibles pour les clients. Restmere Cottage est proche de toutes les attractions locales de Newport, mais avec une maison comme celle-ci, vous pourriez ne jamais quitter. Nous avons hâte de vous voir!

This place fit our needs perfectly for our family's short two-night stay. Really quiet neighborhood, and plenty of bedrooms. Con was super responsive answering a question that I had. Highly recommend it!

Great Place/ Great Stay

The house was beautifully decorated in a nice quiet location.Every room also had A/C and tv’s. So comfy. It was easily accessible to the Cliff Walk/ beach and downtown Newport. A couple of items to note; the upstairs bedroom with the bathroom attached- the sink’s water pressure was very weak. Hopefully, there is a way to fix it. Also, the bedrooms had no shades or curtains. That might be something to add. Our family are not early risers so it was a tad bright at 6:00am. Otherwise, the owners did a great job with the property! We had an awesome time.

Photos are deceiving!

Fantastic property and location. Close to beaches and easy drive to grocery stores. We held off on planning this trip due to covid, and our options were very limited. We were all nervous that the 10 of us were going to be on top of each other in what we thought was going to be, a very small house. The photos on this post do the house no justice! We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in and realized how spacious and spread out everything was. All of the rooms in the house were considerably larger than we expected. It was incredibly clean, and we'll stocked with towels and linens. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, but the posting does not say that there is, so that was my own fault for not realizing!

Lovely house and location

The stay was lovely, I enjoyed the house! I wouldn't say its walking-distance from town, but it was just a 10-20 minute drive away. The house had ample spaces to sleep and sit, the kitchen was stocked and mostly clean. There were a good amount of towels and there were even hotel sized toiletries in every room. We did use the laundry which worked well. The AC was easy to use and there was lots of space for parking in the driveway. Check-in was simple but I only received check-in instructions about 30 minutes prior and there were still landscapers there after the 4pm check-in time. The backyard was not cleaned, the patio and patio furniture was very dirty and covered in leaves. There was a dead animal in the lawn; the landscapers had just been there to mow and I guess didn't notice. This was disappointing because we had a big dinner planned in the back since it was nice out! Overall, I'll give the house 4/5 stars for being a nice big house with lots of amenities but for as much as we pay for cleaning on these sites, I expected more.

The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. We easily fit 10 people with the use of the three sofa beds. Although we did little cooking, it looked like everything you would need is provided. Easy drive to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and a beach. Great place to stay.

Newport Marathon Rental

We had a pleasant stay, the house was actually more impressive than it was in the pictures which is usually the opposite😊. Very clean and spacious with TVs in every room loaded with all the streaming services to boot. Very conveniently located to Easton Beach which is the start of the race( about a mile) and to downtown Newport as well. Would highly recommend it!

The perfect weekend

My friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend, it was the perfect space! Con was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Also, I absolutely love the decor throughout the entire home!

Wedding in Newport

This is a beautiful home with so many amenities. The owner is so gracious and so easy to get in contact with. Con was very helpful for every situation we had. We recommend this home for families with older children not toddlers because of the 4 levels. 🤗

Amazing house, 10/10 recommend

This house was everything we imagined it to be and more. The pictures don’t do it justice, and they’re great! The house is so beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for air mattresses. We had a group of girls and we were all able to get ready and have enough space to not feel crowded. Close to the beaches and an easy Uber down town. We definitely will be renting again and cannot say enough good things about this property.

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was the perfect house for us. Beautiful house, very clean and spacious. There were 9 of us and we all had a comfortable place to sleep. We loved the outdoor fenced in backyard. It was the perfect spot to chat and play a game of corn hole. We were very happy with our stay here and will definitely be coming back!

Girls getaway

We booked this rental for a girls getaway in Newport. Con was very responsive from the moment we booked. The house is ADORABLE! We were obsessed with the decor, spaciousness, and location. We were only a short drive to Middletown which has amazing restaurants and Newport Vineyards and about a 10 minute drive to Newport. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend

We had a group of 8 which can be hard to get a house for that size in the Newport area without spending way too much. Although there are only 3 bedrooms, the downstairs has a pullout couch and it’s own bathroom so it was perfect for a bedroom. Everything was clean and the house is really cute. Easy Uber ride to downtown Newport as well.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for a girls weekend! There was plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so cozy and welcoming. The backyard was little and cute to enjoy on a nice spring day! The location was great, quick drive to downtown Newport!

Fantastic place!

Had a phenomenal stay here with my wife and friends. The house is well appointed and much larger than it seems - there are two additional separate "living areas" downstairs with pull out couches in the game room and lower level living room. Location is very close to 1st beach and the rest of town (still preferable to have a car). Only suggestion would be to add a grill in the backyard!
