Cozy 1BR/1BA Canyon Lake Retreat – Sleeps 4/ pet friendly

Relax and unwind at this charming Canyon Lake home, perfect for a small getaway! Just 1.4 miles from Boat Ramp #5, this cozy retreat sleeps 4 and offers comfort, convenience, and stunning lake vibes.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper (brand new, June 2021)

Home Highlights:
Fully equipped kitchen with island and seating for 4 (no dishwasher)
Spacious full bathroom with deep soaking jetted tub
Washer and dryer for your convenience
Big screen Smart TV and DVD player in the living room
Check in time: 4pm. Check out time: 11am.

Relax on the porch with your morning coffee while watching and feeding the local deer

Wonderful Property

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect to the local attractions including Whitewater Amphitheater and Schlitterbahn.

Excellent place to stay

This was an excellent place to stay in while staying in canyon lake!! The house was clean and well taken care of. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! I will absolutely stay at this place again when I come back.

Great little place.

Great little place to stay. Shower was great - had great water pressure. Exactly what we needed for a short weekend. Deer were plentiful and friendly.

We have stayed in several homes and this one you need to bring supplies for cooking.

We loved the location and the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed feeding the deer.

20th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Very relaxing week with all the comforts of home. Quiet, very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for a day on the lake and wonderful day trips for hiking and shopping.

Nice place close to the lake

Great little house for the family. Really close to the lake and easy access to Comal park. Almost perfect, seems to be in the middle of some remodeling and had to call to get the internet fixed, and lot of the outlets didn’t work.

Nice lil peaceful lake getaway!

Absolutely had great time with my wife and 2 dachshunds! Deer are everywhere to where u can have them walk right up to you to feed them. Neighbors are nice! Would love to stay again one day in near future!

Good location
clean home with all the basics. Enjoyed the deer each morning and evening.

Good little lake cabin
grills needed cleaning as did the front porch! The actual house was neat and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood each morning and evening. The neighbors were all friendly as well.

Much needed getaway

Very cozy little house on a mostly quiet street. Location was perfect for visiting Comal Park on Canyon Lake. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some time out of town. My wife loved sitting on the porch to watch the deer that would stroll through the backyard in the evening. Do note that there is not a dishwasher if you intend to do a bunch of cooking, but hate doing dishes. All in all, a great place to rest our heads.

Perfect getaway

We were really pleased with everything but the sofa bed. The mattress is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been on. The person had to sleep on the couch.

Loved the area and property was good overall. The pull out bed was disappointing and needs replacement (heavily bowed in the middle very uncomfortable). Also did not realize there was no dishwasher.

There were lots of deer in the yard and even an armadillo! The only downside is no dishwasher so you have to hand wash your dishes. Maybe bring paper plates and plastic ware if you don’t want to do dishes on your vacay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Little Home

The inside was perfect. And completely equipped kitchen, they werent kidding. It had everything you could need! Since we did catch rain, it would gave been very nice if they had at least part of the porch fully covered. It is not. Also, the backyard could have done something more with. Stickaburrs and just not tended to. Also, a part under the house where you could actually sit out of the rain, had old broken chairs and stuff. That was unappealing
