Real Escapes Properties est fier de présenter sa nouvelle propriété - 1204 Demere Road! Ce chalet de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain est de construction neuve avec un plan d'étage spacieux et aéré. Mieux encore, il est adapté aux chiots. Encore mieux - il y a une piscine privée dans la cour arrière clôturée!

Vous allez adorer les murs de shiplap avec juste assez de couleur ajoutée dans tout le chalet pour savoir que vous êtes dans un endroit spécial.

Tous les appareils sont neufs, y compris le refroidisseur à vin. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement et il y a des sièges supplémentaires au bar de l'île. Le salon dispose d'un grand téléviseur 55 "ainsi que de nouveaux meubles de détente.

La suite principale est au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une grande télévision, d'une salle de bains avec une belle douche à l'italienne et d'un placard principal assez grand pour y vivre. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires au niveau principal, toutes deux avec lits queen et TV. Entre les deux chambres se trouve une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche.

Deux chambres supplémentaires sont situées à l'étage. La première chambre a un ensemble de lits jumeaux et l'autre a un lit queen. Les deux chambres ont leurs propres téléviseurs à écran plat et ventilateurs de plafond. La salle de bain complète à l'étage a une douche / baignoire.

Votre décision la plus importante peut être de décider de vous asseoir sur les chaises à bascule du porche avant ou de vous rassembler sur le porche arrière (juste à côté de la cuisine) qui mène à votre propre piscine.

Il y a beaucoup de place pour la famille et les amis. Le décor confortable de la plage vous donnera envie de rester plus longtemps. Cet adorable chalet est proche de King & Prince Beach & the Village!

Awesome home which is well appointed and perfect for our stay with our dog. Great open floor plan, large bedrooms and a great location. The pool was amazing! The kitchen is incredible!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at Sandy Tows, along with our daughters and extended families. At one point we had 9 people and 3 dogs in the house. It was great, plenty of room, close to restaurants and the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped. The owner obviously loves dogs, as there are little pictures featuring dogs all around the house. Both the humans and the dogs loved it.

We loved the house! We stayed in the same house last year. We love the location to the restaurants and fun things to do. The grandkids loved being across the street from the skatepark. We love St. Simon’s. This house is perfect for a family! Plenty of space and the pool is perfect!

Great house and location

We had a great time in SSI. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the backyard, pool and solo fire pit. Great location to shops and restaurants. The driveway/parking area was a little difficult to navigate.

Wi-Fi was non-existent Bugs were of abundance Spider webs galore Cleanliness was not on the top of their priority list. The house was beautiful no doubt about that!

Our family enjoyed the house and the amenities. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. We wish we were a little closer to the beach. The adults could walk without issues but the younger grandchildren could not walk. The house was perfect for our family. The number of rooms and bathrooms worked perfectly!

Also the location of the home is perfect, only a few minutes drive to Massengale Beach and to the pier/shops. I do wish the parking spots could be bigger for a 5 bedroom house but we were able to make it work with 2 trucks and a car so that we didn’t block the house behind us. Would stay here again!

Lovely Time

We booked this house for a week in late February/early March. My husband and I were unable to go due to a sick pet but but my sister in law was able to still go with a couple of friends. I was a little hesitant to rent the home based on several of the reviews that complained about the parking situation and nasty neighbor. Our party followed the parking guidelines and had no problems at all. The home was immaculately clean. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

Pretty house but a few things to know

The house itself is a perfect size and well done. It fit everyone comfortably and has ample living space. Our only complaints were that a lot of the rugs, though clean, seem to be covered in animal urine stains and the towels also seems dirty and super used. Finally, the tap water was almost unbearable—the smell of sulfur made it difficult to even shower. I’ve been to SSI so many times before and have had no issues with tap water (and during this trip, I had no issues anywhere other than this property). Finally, make sure you bring toiletries for the shower. There weren’t even travel sized ones available upon check-in.

This home fit the bill. It is a beautiful new home with a pool and fenced in yard. The home was very well equipped and and clean. My only dings are the King sized bed should be replaced and the water pressure needs to be checked as it was weak at best. With those two items fixed we would rent this home again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would describe our stay as bittersweet. The house was beautiful and spacious - just what we needed for 8 guests. The trip to the beach was fine with the golf cart. The owner had plenty of supplies on hand for our use in the kitchen and bathrooms. That said, there were only two parking spaces with no explanation on how to handle other vehicles for an expensive rental that sleeps 12.The residents behind the house sent pictures to the leasing office and called repeatedly about how we were blocking the drive. This was inaccurate. The office left rude voice mails based on the feedback they had been given by the nasty neighbor, again which were not true. We had three cars parked (and running) for a few minutes to unload and load and never blocked the drive. I didn't appreciate the tone and inflammatory way this was handled, again at such an expensive property.
