We had a great stay in Napoli, the building is in the center of the historic district, in walking distance of museums, restaurants, etc. Giulia was incredible, she was waiting for us at arrival and gave us indications and suggestions of where to go and things to do.

Giulia is an excellent host. She greeted us at the door, and immediately gave us tips and advice on what to see, what to visit, where to eat, and so much more! The apartment is spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 8 night stay. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the historic centre, and yet, still quiet and peaceful at night. Close to everything you need, and walking distance to neighbouring areas. Giulia’s communication was great. Always available and quick to respond. She even assisted with getting us a taxi to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay in Giulia’s apartment again on my next trip to Napoli.

Great place to stay-close to everything. Apartment was beautiful and host was very accessible. Really great to be in such an old building. Because it’s in the middle of the city it was very noisy. Otherwise was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great spot with so much history! The building is a destination in itself. Right beside all the action on the Main Street, but quiet enough at night. Great location for two adults and 3 kids. We walked everywhere. Apartment was immaculate and Giulia communicated very well and was a great host! Would love to come back again.

If you like old, charming and beautiful, then you would love Julia’s apartment. It is a secret gem that is perfectly situated in the heart of the Historic Center. The huge wooden doors hide a 16th century building with a lovely courtyard and even an elevator. The apartment is large and comfortable. There are many excellent neighborhood restaurants easily accessible, and the best coffee and pastry shop is literally a few steps away. The Metro is an easy 10 minute walk and is easy to use. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped. The air conditioning is quiet and works well. Julia is a superb host who is very knowledgeable about Naples and has prepared much useful information for visitors. She is also warm and welcoming and available for any questions or help. I highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the best spots. It is in a restricted car area for most of the day/night so we did have to walk a little with our luggage down the cobblestone streets when we arrived. But the taxi was able to pick us up early in the morning right at our location which was much better! Having a washer machine was perfect for us. Giulia was amazing! She helped coordinate all the taxis for us and was there to help us out with our travel when our ferry was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

Great Stay in Historic Center

The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and is situated in an incredible centuries old building. Giulia was gracious and hospitable and gave us excellent recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and helped get a taxi reservation for our last day. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely lemon grove

The property was a short, steep walk out of the back of the town Beautiful location stepping out into a lemon grove at the back. It was a smalll compact apartment but had everything you need.

We stayed for 4 weeks for a working holiday and had a wonderful time. Giulia is a perfect host, always helpful, with lots of practical tips. Communication is always quick and easy. Napoli is fantastic and Giulia's appartement a great place to live, a calm island within in the heart of this vivid city. Many thanks again - we are looking forward to come back next year!

Wonderful stay in center of Napoli

This was the perfect base for our Naples stay. It's right in the center of the historical city, walkable to everywhere. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, in a lovely old palace. Giulia, the owner, is a delight. She gave us a lovely breakfast our first morning and then we asked her to cook a true Neapolitan dinner for us, which was excellent. She's lived in this building her whole life, so she knows Naples very very well!

Fabulous

Julia is a wonderful host. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. The location is perfect right in the centre of the old city. The best pizza in the world is a few steps out the door And fish in Naples is outstanding. Juliet fixed a very memorable meal on our last night. We do travel quite a bit and have travelled extensively in Italy. I could not recommend her apartment higher. Fiore and Marianna pignataro

The perfect apartment for our week in Naples!

5 stars for the apartment but I’d give Giulia 10! For us, being in the old town was perfect with easy access to everywhere worth visiting. Apt was well maintained, equipped and roomy. Just as important was the interaction and communication with Giulia. Due to a family illness we had to change our arrangements with her 3 times. She was most gracious and accommodating during our stay making arrangements for us. We’ve stayed in dozens of rentals throughout Europe and this one is right there at the top. Thanks for a wonderful experience Giulia!

An authentic experience.

My daughter and I had a great experience in Naples. Guilia was wonderful. I hurt my neck and was in a lot of pain on Sunday when the pharmacies were closed. My daughter called Guila to ask her where we could find an open pharmacy and she came over brought me somethings to help. She didn't have to do this and it helped me so much. It felt like staying with a friend. She also helped us plan our excursions. The location was great and it felt like we were living like real Italians.

An Oasis within the Frantic Vitality of Old Town Naples

Although I don't usually leave reviews, this lovely apartment (and host) calls for one. It is hard to imagine a more delightful place to stay in Naples--completely quiet although only a half block from the liveliest street in the old town (and from a great pizza place--del Grifo). The pictures don't quite do the apartment justice; it's uncluttered and a bit larger than it looks (within the 16th-century Palazzo Filangieri d'Arianello). Giulia is a knowledgeable guide to Naples, and helpfully arranged (lowest price) taxis. Perhaps the only difficulty for some might be the bedroom up the circular flight of stairs, but there is also a comfortable large bed made from the sofa downstairs for those who prefer that. I've already recommended this place to friends.

Bel appartement dans le centre historique

Très bel appartement, extrêmement bien situé dans un bel immeuble historique; la propriétaire est juste à côté et très serviable. Tout est très propre et très calme. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimal mais suffisant (et il y a tellement de street food délicieuse que nous l'avons très peu utilisée !).

un appartement agréable et très bien situé à Naples

nous revenons de Naples où nous avons passé une semaine très sympathique, l'appartement est situé dans le centre touristique où tout ce qui à découvrir peut se faire à pied. La propriétaire nous a bien renseigné sur les visites et les restaurants du quartier, nous avons rempli notre semaine entre Capri, Procida, Pompéi et Naples, le temps a passé trop vite!!! Merci encore à Giulia pour son accueil.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, Giulia sehr nett und extrem bemüht auch den einem oder anderen “Sonderwunsch” zu erfüllen. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen ist das Apartment ideal vieles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Giulia ist mit den Tipps eine tolle Ansprechpartnerin. Wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Excellent location, love Naples

Giulia is an excellent host. The overview and her suggestions were spot on. She was quick to respond to questions. Great to have a washer, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is really vibrant but the apartment is very quiet and also we felt very safe at all hours. Take note of the pictures of the stairs to the upper (very nice)room. We're in our 60's but may not want to deal with that in our 70's. Elevator was handy for luggage but we didn't mind the 2 flights of stairs. We would recommend.

An Authentic Experience of Napoli

The home seems to be much as it was in appearance when built centuries ago. Of course the modern necessities such as air and electricity and water are installed and function well.. A loud flushing toilet! Our taxi driver , on arrival, claimed he couldn’t get close to the apt and dropped us some distance from the entrance. Strangely enough the taxi the landlady called to take us to the train found his way to the entrance of the house. It was a realistic Neapolitan location with many pizza places, trattorias, small grocery stores, lots of people strolling the alleys and narrow passages and still inside the home, it was relatively quiet and calming coming in out of the melee which is Napoli.

Awesome Apartment in the Heart of Old Town Naples

Giulia was a wonderful host and provided all the information you need about places to go and things to see in and around Naples. The apartment is lovely and easily accommodated a family of four. Hidden behind big beautiful wooden doors, you'll find the most lovely courtyard leading up to the apartment. We had a wonderful 3 days and despite two full days away from Naples, we were able to take advantage of Guilia's suggestions and see some marvelous historic sites -- all within minutes of the apartment.
