Cette copropriété d'une chambre et d'un loft sur le thème de la montagne, située à proximité de l'espace spa / piscine, du parking et de l'arrêt de la navette, a une atmosphère chaleureuse et confortable avec de beaux planchers de bois franc, beaucoup de photos de famille et une décoration mignonne. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables, d'un balcon, d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm et d'un lecteur DVD. Un demi-bain est situé à ce niveau. Le balcon de la cuisine sort de la navette et du parking. Le loft a une chambre principale semi-privée avec un lit queen. Un coin chambre séparé dans le loft dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec une télévision de 15 ". Une salle de bain complète est située à ce niveau.  Cette copropriété offre l'accès gratuit à Internet sans fil. Les règles HOA ne permettent pas les animaux de compagnie dans aucune des unités. Condo needs TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been coming to Sierra Park Villas for the better part of 20 years and it is becoming apparent that the facilities are in need of some maintenance. Door handles were hanging off the handles, kitchen supplies were tired and in need of replacement, fire alarms were beeping due to low battery. On top of that there were a large number of ants crawling around the entire condo. One of the jacuzzi's was out of service as well. The property management was very courteous on the phone but were difficult to get ahold of and rarely returned left messages.

Worst condo I have ever stayed in!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Old not updated unit. Electrical unsafe with extension cords providing power across rooms. Mice and Carpenter Ants present. Contractor working on SPV was extremely rude and aggressive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Unit was rated 5. It should not be. I have been staying at Sierra Park Villas every year for ski vacations since 2002. By far this was the worst experience. There were so many deficiencies and problems it is difficult to prioritize, but here goes...1. There was a hair ball left in the drain in the shower. During a time of Covid this made me question the safety of the entire unit. 2. The closets in the Master and second bedrooms were both unusable, being completely jammed from floor to ceiling with owners extra bedding and gear. No place whatsoever to hang essential ski gear and clothing. This was very upsetting. 3. The kitchen was terribly appointed. The conditions of the ancient pots and pans disturbingly bad. The non-stick surfaces caused deep concern because they were so badly scratched and corroded. The handles of many were almost detached which made cooking not only difficult, but unsafe. 4. The corner of the dry wall at the stair case had an approximately 3 foot strip of corner protector dangling. 5. The outside patio light fixture was dangling by its power wires. 6. No instructions for use of anything to include that the power switch for operating the lights in the second bedroom was located in hallway near the entry into the bathroom area. Geez, what does it take to provide a label. Overall...incredibly disappointed.

#16 needs a LOT of TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a bit dismayed by the lack of attention to some of the rental units in SPV. We stayed in #16 over the weekend and was a bit surprised of the condition of the unit. Mostly the lack of any updates, especially the carpet, paint and fixtures. The carpet looks to be original, the tub and upstairs faucets do not turn completely off (leak/drip unless you really wrench on them) and the paint in the kitchen and walls is certainly original with large cracks of drywall missing and kitchen cabinets missing paint. I would suggest someone from Mammoth Rentals periodically walk these units as a rental agency representing the unit and take a look at the conditions. I have stayed at SPV well over 100 stays over the years renting directly from SPV but the units have gone downhill. There are some very nice ones which we have stayed in but others are a bit embarrassing if you bring guests from out of town with you.

Great location. Older property

While the condo was overall great. The electrical plugs and lamps in the master bedroom didn't work well. the light in the shower didn't work at all. They could use another couch in the living room rather than the two chairs. We really enjoyed the condo's wood burning stove and the kitchen was stocked well. Would stay there again and am sure these small improvements will most likely be addressed soon.

Clean and comfortable

Great place to stay with near by stores, slopes and lakes. Place was clean, comfortable and cozy. Just right for my little family of four.
