DAYS LIKE THIS is a very private location, beautifully-landscaped, yet there is a natural Muskoka environment feel. With dramatic rock outcroppings, towering trees, a shoreline that has sand pockets and a Canadian shield sloping granite rock into the shore. This is a large, gracious residence with top quality finishes and details. Includes hot tub and firepit and gorgeous views of Lake Muskoka. Additionally, 2 slip boathouse with living accommodations, 3rd external slip, deep water and shallow cove.

The custom build has soaring cathedral ceilings, huge open concept main floor with long island with bar stools, large Great Room around stone fireplace with lake views and smaller second sitting area for TV viewing. Kitchen has top of the line appliances with 4 burner Thermidor stove with griddle, Sub-Zero panel refrigerator/freezer. Behind fireplace is Muskoka Room leading out to deck overlooking hot tub below. Main floor has Master with ensuite as well as Queen Bedroom with ensuite.
Loft above Garage has 2 Bunk Beds.
Lower level has another Bunk Bedroom with ensuite and Queen bedroom with ensuite and lower level entertainment room with flat screen TV.
