Chalet exécutif du lac Muskoka

Situé au coeur de Muskoka. Ce chalet a tout ce qu'un chalet légendaire de Muskoka exige et plus.
Conçu avec le style ancien de Muskoka et incorporant toutes les commodités modernes possibles; ce chalet a tout.

À seulement quelques pas du magnifique lac Muskoka, ce chalet est un plaisir à vivre, que ce soit en hiver, au printemps, en été ou en automne.

Le chalet est 3250 pieds carrés, 4 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bains, 140 pieds de belle façade de plage de sable peu profonde avec environ 200 pieds de propriété non aménagée du gouvernement voisin au sud. Il y a un quai de 70 pieds 850 pieds carrés; qui peut facilement garer quatre bateaux de 30 pieds. Le chalet est entièrement équipé avec Internet, une machine à laver / sèche-linge, un système de divertissement complet comprenant un écran LCD 60 pouces dans le loft, un écran LCD 20 pouces dans la cuisine, un écran LCD 37 pouces dans Master, un système audio complet pour la maison avec plusieurs zones ), douche à vapeur, table de billard, bain à remous, foyer au granit de Muskoka, barbecue en acier inoxydable, parking pour 5 voitures facilement. Le chalet est à 10 minutes de Bala et de Port Carling (en bateau et en voiture) et à proximité du port de plaisance de Mortimers.

Construit à partir de béton armé et de sapins de Douglas, le chalet est à la fois solide et unique sur le plan architectural. Le chalet est chauffé en hiver avec chauffage au sol. Ce qui en fait un hiver incroyable Système d'alimentation de secours complet Generac.

En raison des techniques utilisées dans la construction; le chalet est chaud en hiver et frais en été.

Encore un plaisir d'être en toute saison.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our entire group. The location was excellent, peaceful, with a gorgeous beachfront that we all enjoyed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive; any questions we had were quickly resolved. The setting and amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place! Unfortunately the several feet of snow just before our arrival limited our options for adventures, but we still made it work. Host was diligent about plowing record snowfall so we could get in and out with ease. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to make meals during our stay. We can’t wait to come back during the summer and explore the lakes with our boat!

Amazing cottage, stunning property on Muskoka Lake

Stayed here with my family over Christmas. The cottage was well stocked with kitchen pots/pans and coffee. It was clean and welcoming. There is a sound system throughout the house for music and a huge smart TV. We also loved the fireplace and hot tub. The waterfront is quiet and beautiful. It’s is a great cottage.

Great stay, beautiful view

The house and property were exactly as described. We were welcomed by a beautiful vase of fresh tulips on the table and a stunning view of the water.Our group of eight adults — friends and family — had plenty of seating, whether gathered at the dining table, relaxing downstairs while crafting and playing games, watching the hockey game upstairs, or sitting outside in the Muskoka chairs, enjoying the serene waterfront view. The hot tub and sauna were a hit both days and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the weekend.The bedrooms were quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully organized.We would definitely return to enjoy this wonderful place again!

Great location and property

Excellent quiet location at end of bay. House faces lake with great sunlight and sufficient shade options. Open concept home with ample space for a large family. Outstanding water access via beach which is excellent for young children. Dock suitable for mooring small to mid size power boat. Bay traffic was minimal and nice for swimming. 15 minutes to Port Carling 25 minutes to Bala.

Beautiful Home on Lake Muskoka!

Jason's home is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed visiting friends around the lake from it's convenient location and the convenience of popping to the very well stocked marina for anything we needed from milk, to margarita mix, to yoga classes! Definite perk of the location. Jason was beyond responsive - we had an issue with the washing machine and he had a new one onsite within two hours (wow!). The only trouble we had was that we were unlucky with the heat, and the air conditioning is only in the primary bedroom. My elderly parents struggled a bit. I know there aren't many days we need AC in Muskoka, so it won't be an issue for many. There are many fans and the windows helped to keep the place as cool as could be expected.

Perfect late fall escape with friends

Had a wonderful and relaxing weekend escape here with a group of girlfriends. It was the perfect place to lay back and take in the many comforts and coziness the place offers. We relaxed on the dock with the fire table, enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, even a cool lake dip afterwards, and the house layout allowed us to lounge and visit with a beautiful view. Highly recommend. Host was responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back!

Awesome In Every Way

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this spot is probably one of my favourite if not the best. Feels luxurious, everything is well stocked so doesn’t feel like you’re in someone’s investment property. The home is impressive and well-maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities as well as staying indoors on a rainy day. Loft space was great for hanging out, fireplace was gorgeous on the lake, the luxuries showers and premium sound systems all make this home a must visit!

Family reunion with dogs in paradise

Spent five days at this beautiful home in August to celebrate a 79th birthday with three generations. We all loved the style and the layout of the house, with a perfect layout of bedrooms for our group. We brought our two dogs, and obviously they loved it too. The kitchen was really well equipped. The house was really clean on arrival. We spent a lot of time on the dock. We brought our boat and launched at the super convenient Mortimer Marina, which is right there. We went for dinner 10 minutes away and Port Carling is 10 minutes away too. The lake temperature was really nice and warm. We had friends nearby and visited them. We spent a lot of hours exploring the lake. We went to a water ski show in Bala. The teen kids loved the hot tub and the sauna. I can’t think of a single downside of this property. Even the lighting at night was really nice. We loved the walk out of the main floor at ground level, the hammock, and the no stairs to the beach. Hope to be back someday soon.

Our stay at the property was not the best. The biggest issue is there is no air-conditioning in the whole house (only in the master bedroom) and it was not working when we arrived so we had to sleep with no air first night. It was extremely hot inside the house (more than 33"C), to the point that we had to leave 1 day earlier as it was impossible to stay at the property. Interestingly, the was no mentioning in the listing general description that there is no AC in the house, only when you open "essentials" (which nobody can see), it says that AC is in the master bedroom only. If we knew there is no AC in this property, we would have never rented it. It was very expensive and in our opinion is absolutely not worth it. Another thing - the mattresses are absolutely horrible in all the rooms, but especially in master bedroom, it sinked on the side and in the middle, I had to actually place a pillow under one side of the mattress as it was impossible to sleep. Every morning we would wake up with back pain. This experience was not the best and we want other people to know about these details before they rent it.

We rented the cottage for March Break. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect. Exactly as shown in the photos. The sauna was wonderful and the hot tub was great! The pool table was fun and helped to break up quiet days. The heated floors made it extra luxurious. Easy to run into town for groceries. Jason, our host was super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend! I can only imagine how great this cottage would be in the summer!

Excellent Cottage and Service!

The property is an excellent location to relax and simply stay stress free! Located within beautiful scenic private inlet, large property, private dock, private beach, private hot tub, great open floor plan, all around great amenities! Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed. We all recommend this cottage and plan to book again.
