We are sorry to see this review and respectfully disagree with the statements made. Our property is accurately advertised, with photos and descriptions that reflect the home as it is. We make every effort to ensure guests have a clear and honest understanding of what to expect prior to arrival. In addition, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest’s stay. We follow a detailed cleaning checklist, including fresh laundering of all bedding, sanitizing all surfaces, and completing a full walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards. We have not received similar complaints regarding cleanliness or odor from other guests. When this concern was brought to our attention, we responded immediately and offered assistance, including sending a team member to inspect the property. At that time, no issues consistent with what was described were found. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-represented property, and guest satisfaction remains our top priority. We are always available to address concerns promptly and professionally.

Hello We are very saddened to read this review, especially because from the moment the guest arrived, we provided prompt and exceptional customer service and responded quickly to every concern raised during the stay. The property was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, following our standard procedures to ensure the home is ready and comfortable for every guest. Even so, we immediately contacted the property management company regarding the guest’s concerns, and the owner of the cleaning company personally visited the property to inspect the home and address the inquiries directly. We take cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction very seriously, which is why it is disappointing to receive this type of feedback after the efforts made to assist throughout the stay. We continuously work with our management and cleaning teams to maintain high standards for all of our guests.
