Another great stay in north Wildwood!

This Is Our second time renting this condo because it is So close to the beach and boardwalk! The pool is great for downtime too. It’s Located in a beautiful Quiet neighborhood. 10/10 recommend

Our stay was good. Everyone who owned or rent were very nice and friendly. Except our last day we had some young adults take over the pool. Seating in the condo was a little limited. Maybe another piece of furniture. ( chair, couch) would help. All and all it was a fun trip. We would be interested in staying there again.

My 12 yo son and I got away for a long weekend. The place was great - very clean and functional. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, condo was very nice and perfect for 2-3 people. Close to beach, very comfortable and clean. The local condo unit owners were very nice as well. Fireworks able to be seen Friday night from balcony. Only 2 negatives, was the Weber grill on premise could be updated and my parents were not happy with their bed. However, my bed was comfortable. Owner was very responsive. Thank you .

Lovely accommodation! Great location, super clean, easy check in and out, host responsive with any questions. Cannot beat the location! Quiet facility, some residents live there all year, friendly and kind to us renters. Unit exactly as presented in description. Outside locker great for storing beach stuff too. Had 2 cars, so 1 car was street parking at ParkMobile app, or in local day lot. Moved it a few blocks away for free street parking. Unit had 1 guaranteed parking place which was easy in and out.

Shore vacation

Had a great time at this property. Was very clean and really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Owners were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues that came up. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to have a couple’s getaway down the shore.

Great place!

My family and I stayed here for a week we loved are stay here and the condo was clean, location was great and neighbors were friendly. Tom was very responsive and thorough, making the check in and check out process easy. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Place!

This unit was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and more spacious than we had thought. The location is perfect and check in process was a breeze! Would defiantly stay here again. Thomas is also an amazing host and very easy to get ahold of if needed.

First thing to know is this property is less than a block from North Wildwood beach and the boardwalk. We knew it was close, but not this close, so that was amazing! The ground floor storage for beach gear is very convenient. A lot of the parking is covered, which is nice. The pool is small but was perfect for our kids.Rooms were very clean, but just a little sand on the floor (difficult to eliminate this close to the beach). Well-stocked with kitchen essentials, and a swiffer (forget if they had a vacuum cleaner, but we didn’t need it). We were able to cook with no problem, but the oven is compact / narrow, so be aware of that limitation. Finally, the HVAC unit is in the room, so if you are a light sleeper, that might be an issue. We brought our sound machine in anticipation of that.

Loved our stay!

We stayed at this property the first week in August for my son’s fourth birthday and family vacation for a week. The check-in process was super easy and condo was immaculate! Exactly as listed and great location to beach and boardwalk! Mali Kai staff were very sweet and helpful, the pool was an added bonus and was heated! The Owners of the condo were very responsive to questions and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and it’s always a great stay. You are so close to the boardwalk/beach so no driving needed. The condo is clean and works well for our family of 3. Thomas is great to work with and very accommodating. We highly recommend.

Very nice summer getaway

The place was exactly as advertised. Clean and well equipped. Check in and check out was a breeze, no pun intended. Location is perfect for beach and boardwalk. The condo owners were responsive and helpful. Condominium staff was friendly and accommodating also. Would definitely come back.

Girls weekend

Really true to pictures... this is a nice place, right near everything but not in the middle of everything.. not busy or crowded... The balcony was very nice to have and the barbecue grills would have been nice if we wanted to cook BUT WE DIDN’T... Furniture from couch to beds were comfortable and clean... decor is complimentary to the space...REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY... Owner was quick to respond and was willing to help with anything we needed...I WOULD RENT THIS AGAIN .....

Weird and different

Let me say that I’ve been staying at the Mali Kai for years and it’s been great! We’ve had 5 different rooms there all amazing! This time however though was different and not what we expected. The AC was controlled remotely by a nest thermostat so we were uncomfortable and hot! Every time we change it next thing it back up. The beds comforters had weird stains on them there was holes in walls and outlets all not square it was just not what we were accustomed to having stayed at this place for the last 7 years and this was by far the most we’ve ever paid and it was the worst room we’ve had. Check in was odd because we were ever given codes or instructions thankfully we are friends with property management so they were helpful and oh yeah we had to buy pillows this was a first not 1 pillow in room. Very odd and we won’t be renting this unit again but will definitely stay at the Mali Kai for years and years to come.

Wildwood Vacation

Stayed at this condo with my husband and 3 year old son and we had a great time. Thomas was very helpful and answered all messages quickly. The condo was just like the pictures no surprises which was a plus, and the checkin- checkout process was so easy. It was so close to the beach and the boardwalk. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year.
