This newly updated Condo is located on the Gordon River and Marina, in the heart of Old Town Naples. Open concept kitchen and living area. Large master bedroom with attached dressing room and bathroom. Very comfortably sleeps two but does have an additional pullout queen sleeper. Large, smart TVs in the living area and master bedroom. Fast, high-speed internet. Enjoy expansive views of the beautiful boats and water activities. Nice common area with large pool and hot tub. Located just off of 5th Avenue in Old Naples. Steps from dining, nightlife, shopping, boat rentals, and much more. Walk to the beach or take a short 5-minute drive. Also great for boating, fishing, golfing, biking, and many outdoor activities.

Winter break vacation

Our girls trip to Naples could not have been better. Melanie’s Condo was beautiful and spotless! She had everything g we needed and more and was beyond helpful ! The view of the marina and locations was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Cute condo, perfect for two, great location.

We enjoyed being so close to downtown Naples and able to walk everywhere from this nice condo. The view of the marina was lovely, the pool was just right, with friendly neighbors. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Melanie was very quick to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely consider staying again if we get the chance.

Comfortable Clean and Cozy

Great location for exploring Naples. Property was as listed and very nice. Owner was responsive and accomodating. Everythng needed for a great week. Many resturants and shopping within walking distance and short drive to the beach and neighborhoods. If you are into longer walks, we did walk to the Peir and back every day through the beautiful neighborhoods of Naples. Highly recommend this unit.

Would not go again

Weather v. hot; balcony windows broken (we were not told until we asked). Airport in direct line of condo with noise all day. Had to buy our own toilet paper. (only 1 roll for 2 weeks). Had difficulty with TV controls. Owner did not give instructions and had a navigate Xfinity. It took a long time for us to figure out how it worked w 2 TVs in the unit w 2 different remotes.. Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency and had to leave after one week. We asked the owner if something could be done in some way about the second week but they decided that the answer was no, as VRBO charged them a lot. For those reasons, I would not go back. The condo was definitely clean but we were not apprised of the location and the fact that the windows were not working so that we could not Open them and enjoy any kind of living inside the condo. Thank you

Three week stay in Naples

This condo has an updated kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating in. The furniture is in good condition with a very comfortable bed. The room off of the master has a large counter with a additional bathroom sink for those that need to spend extra time primping. It was nice to find a few coffee K cups on our arrival. The condo was clean, had a great view overlooking a marina and a resort across the river, and has a great location very close to town. The complex is well maintained with a nice pool and covered sitting area. We did have an electrical issue one evening. I texted Melanie about it and she responded right away. Her husband called shortly after and helped me resolve the issue. I would recommend only that there is a fitted cover for the frying pan.

SIMPLY PERFECT PLACE!

I highly recommend this apartment in Naples. It is very well located, within walking distance of Tin City, the 5th avenue and a few minutes by car from Naples Beach. Nearby you could rent a car, walking from the condo to Budget. Also there is a supermarket, Oak Farmer, to buy everything for your stay and an increĂ­ble fruit and vegetables! The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable! It has an amazing waterfront view. The apartment is very well equiped, the kitchen appliances, the towels, the cleaning products and all the things for going to the beach (cooler, chairs, umbrella, toys for the Kids! ) Also the apartment has a common swimming pool and yacuzzi which were both very clean and quiet. We stayed for 10 days with my husband and kids and we really enjoyed our stay. Melanie is a great host, she answer quickly all my doubts not only about the apartament but also about Naples. I hope I could come back soon, it is really a good choice! Thank you Melanie!

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay at Melanie's condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view of the marina. Great location and within a walking distance to 5th Avenue and many restaurants. Hope to be back.

My husband and I like most people love to travel and explore new places. Naples really hadn’t been on our radar; we had always enjoyed visiting, but thought owning was way out of reach for us. Some friends purchased a condo in Beau Mer and loved it. Long story short, we joined forces with my sister and her husband and now are all proud owners of this condo.

We chose this condo because of its location on an island overlooking a beautiful marina, in the heart of Old Naples proper. We like being able to walk to restaurants, shops, beaches, and parks. We also wanted a clean and cozy place to come back to after a long day of exploring.
