This is a NEWER LISTING, which explains the lack of numerous reviews. I recently decided to put this unit on the rental market. It has never been rented before. Its first available date is November 1, 2023. I am very familiar with vrbo. I currently own and manage another vrbo property, thirty minutes south of Naples, in Marco Island. This recently renovated ground floor two bedroom two bathroom cottage/condo is nicely furnished with ALL new furniture and has been remodeled with a new white glass tiled floors throughout, new high end Kitchen Aid appliances and white glass quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.

This unit offers plenty of privacy. Its patio overlooks a lush vegetation and a conservation green area, which explains its privacy and tranquillity. It is located on the quiet side of the complex. It is close to the pools area but far enough to offer relaxation and privacy.

The kitchen is fully stocked.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, new linen, NEW mattress, and a wifi tv.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, new linen, NEW mattress, and a wifi tv.
The living room has also a WiFi tv. The living room set is very comfortable and new. The sofa is part of the Bernhardt collection. It is NEW and extremely comfortable.

I offer paid Netflix and prime. You will be able to enjoy both in all 3 WiFi tvs.

I am a semi retired local attorney and stay in this unit several times a year. This is not your typical rental. Everything works and the unit is spotless.

The dinning area adjacent to the kitchen has a modern table and it seats 4 people. The living room and dinning areas have sliding glass doors which open up to the private screen lanai. It is very peaceful in the lanai as it overlooks a preservation area. There are no buildings on the other side of your patio.

Under the Federal Fair Housing Act, refusing to rent to a family with children is a violation of federal law. Having said that, this property has been recently renovated with glass shower doors not suitable for young children, in my opinion. It is advisable, but not required, that families with young children, ages 7 and under, refrain from renting this property.

The cottages are part of a 22 acre Resort in Naples and are located within the Naples Bay Resort, a quick 10 minute walk to old Naples and the fifth Ave District offering you some of the finest dining, entertaining and shopping in the area. If you don’t feel like walking, there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you there. The shuttle also takes you the beach and the pier. They run every day, every 15-minutes or so. The Cottage's immediate neighborhood is a lovely, safe, walk-able residential area. The newest East Naples hot spot, Celebration Park, only 5 minutes away. The Hotel and Marina with multiple restaurants are steps away, including Cafe on the Bay - a short walk for a great place to start your day or get that afternoon pick-me up.

The resort also provides boat, kayak, bicycle, and paddle board rental services. They are located within walking distance at the Ship’s Store by the marina.

THE CLUB AT THE NAPLES BAY RESORT

ALL GUESTS can enjoy our luxurious club and its wonderful amenities to include five swimming pools, a lazy river, adult only swim and relaxation area, spa, fitness center, golf swing suite, pool bar and grill, restaurant & lounge, and several tennis courts.

One assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra guest parking.

Additional fees not included in quote and charged by Naples Bay Resort at check-in:

Resort admin fee of $250/rental) and Club fee of $60/day plus 7% tax from November 1, 2025-May 31, 2026. For instance, if you stay for 6 days, your total fees are $652.70.

This amount is reduced to $150/rental and Club fee of $50/day plus 7% tax from June 1-Oct. 30, 2026.

Any long term stays
30 days to 6 months Resort fee $1500 plus administrative fees of $250 from November 1, 2025-May 31, 2026.

Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Unit has full size washer and dryer.

Local Host is available 24/7 for any needs, including additional cleaning services.
