This beautiful 5-Star PRIVATE COASTAL HOME is extra clean with plenty of room, large decks and amazing views!

This is the perfect destination to reconnect with family and friends or just quietly relax in total comfort at America’s most spectacular beach!

Water views in every direction! Large balconies on the front of the house provide panoramic views of the Gulf. Extra large decks on the rear of the house provide amazing unobstructed views of Santa Rosa Sound. We are in the middle of the island just a few minutes walk to either the beaches on the Gulf or the Sound.

Walk or drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore just minutes away!

We are located in the exclusive gated community of Caribbean Isle on Navarre Beach. Please enjoy the neighborhood pool and tennis court and use the provided wristbands for access.

The home features four (4) bedrooms, three (3) full bathrooms plus a flex room with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The large family room has a high quality queen sofa sleeper. Our home will sleep up to 12 comfortably! Premium mattresses in every bedroom. 5-Star hotel quality luxurious linens! Prepare to sleep well!

We also provide our guests fully stocked bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors and shave cream, make-up removal wipes and plenty of thick, high quality towels.

High speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Cable television on the large main screen in the main family area. Three other flat screen TVs featured in bedrooms have basic “Watch Free” service and in-unit streaming apps.

Oversized dining table with seating for up to 10 people allows the entire family to eat and enjoy time together. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and beverage cooler. A propane gas grill is located on the rear deck.

Luggage racks in every bedroom.

Outdoor shower next to the garage is available for your convenience after a day at the beach.

Keyless main entry door lock takes the worry out of keys!

Please note: No street parking permitted. The home will accommodate parking for a total of four (4) vehicles: two (2) cars in the garage and two (2) cars on the driveway. Boats, trailers, campers, jet skis are PROHIBITED!

NO pets allowed, at any time.

NO smoking or vaping in the house or on the balconies/decks.

Guests must wear provided wristbands in order to use community amenities (pool and tennis court). THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
