Down the hall, you’ll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there’s another king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath between them. For the kids, the fifth bedroom is a dream, with 2 sets of bunk beds and a spacious play area. All bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, and there’s no carpeting anywhere in the home.

The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day fee. A convenient half bath is located next to the pool, along with an outdoor shower and an additional fridge for your “pool drinks.”
For even more fun, head to the second garage, where you'll find a flat-screen TV, dartboard, ping pong table, and free-standing ice maker. Open the garage doors, grab a chair, and start a tournament! A charcoal smoker grill is also available for your use.

This home is non-pet friendly, and due to allergies, no animals of any kind are allowed. The property is equipped with security cameras for insurance purposes, and they are only reviewed in the event of an incident.
Smoking is not permitted in the home, on the decks, or on the grounds, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25, and occupancy limits are strictly adhered to.
