Enjoy your east breakfast nook view looking down the beautiful white sands. The 33' Balcony offers an up front view of the surf. The 43 acre Sandpiper Cove Gated Resort offers all the amenities: There is also Fine Dining at the famous Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant and Lounge on the canal. Free 9 Hole Golf Pitch & Putt Course, 5 Pools/3 Hot Tubs, 6 Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Marina, Canal Boat Docking, 1100 ft of private beaches & more. This Condo offers a Large Living/Dining Area, Open Kitchen with Island and Breakfast Bar for two. Master Bedroom is directly on the Gulf with balcony access. Washer/Dryer in unit. Located in Central Destin. Central to Destin Shopping and fun. The Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities are expansive in this vacation rental resort. Enjoy the beach pavilion, picnic tables, restrooms, showers and seasonal Beach Bar. In addition, there is short term boat docking along the canal.

The beach view was outstanding. The place was very clean, neat, and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect, we could see dolphins, particularly in the morning swimming by. Close to many excellent restaurants and lots to do in the area. We would definitely rent this again very enjoyable.

Our favorite beach destination

We have stayed at several other Sandpiper Cottages, but once we found this one, we have not considered going anywhere else. Everything is just right between the view, the ocean breeze, easy beach access, proximity to shops, & comfortable living space. Danna is always an excellent hostess!!

Great stay on the beach

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean. Wake every morning and step out onto a beautiful deck and drink coffee and look at the waves roll in. This is right on the beach. Literally walk around less than 60 feet and you are on the beach. The host have been wonderful and they care about the customer. For the family just want easy and relaxing, it's perfect.

Truly on the beach

We loved staying here because it is directly on the beach making it perfect for a stay with little kids because it was very easy to go back and forth. It is also in a great location in town, close to everything!

We LOVE staying here! The accommodations are perfect! The condo is right on the beach and has a wonderful deck to enjoy the beautiful view! We ate most of our meals in and we had everything that we needed! We are looking forward to going back next year as well!

Hidden gem in Destin

We’ve stayed at this property for the last few years. It’s wonderful and the owners are great to deal with.the entire process is clear and easy to follow This year they remodeled the entire condo, floor to ceiling and it is gorgeous. The view of the ocean alone is worth the money. I can’t recommend this condo enough and we will continue to go back every year as schedule allows.

Amazing!!

The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and comfortable as well as nicely furnished and decorated. We had morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. The condo is located near shops and restaurants without being on the main highway, which made it very quiet and peaceful as well as convenient. The owners furnished the home with plenty of towels (which is sometimes not the case) and extra bedding. All in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home immensely. We definitely plan to come back on our next trip to Destin!

Perfect setting for a week at the beach!

This is an adorable condo that looks directly out onto the beach. The crossover is a mere hundred steps away (yes I counted)! I just can’t say enough about this awesome area and atmosphere and I will stay here every time I come to the beach.

Location

This Sandpiper Cove unit has the best location of all of Sandpiper's units. It cannot be beat.

View is STUNNING.

It will be hard to find a better view than what this unit provides and the cushioned patio chairs made sitting out very comfy. Access to the beach is simple and we always love Louisiana Lagniappe which is right on property. Though we didn’t need to communicate with the owners, they checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly.
