Evergreen Escape

This home is a first time vacation rental. It is located on a cul-de-sac street in the heart of Pinetop Country Club and offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the open floor concept with vaulted, tongue and groove knotty pine ceilings, cozy gas fireplace, and hardwood flooring. Gather around the large dining table that seats 6, plus 2 more at the kitchen bar, after cooking a meal in our fully equipped kitchen (you supply the food), or enjoy the ample supply of board/card games to play around the table with family or friends. Relax on the comfy sectional and enjoy the 65” smart TV with complimentary Netflix or use your own login for other streaming services (Hulu, Max, Disney+, etc.).
Enjoy the cool, fresh mountain air on either of the front or back covered patios, or step onto the large back deck open to the sky and pines, grill up some food on the propane gas grill, or have a seat under the umbrella at the table for 6 and relax under the tall pines. If you’re feeling competitive, challenge someone to a game of cornhole or giant jenga.
The sleeping quarters include 2 bedrooms downstairs, the master with en suite bathroom and double vanity sinks, brand new king-size Molecule brand memory foam mattress, and a private den/office with a desk and armchair for reading or catching up on work. The other large bedroom downstairs has a queen-size memory foam mattress and separate door that leads out to the back deck. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and each bedroom has its own queen-size memory foam bed.

***Renters with dogs please read before booking***
We respectfully ask that your furry friends keep all 4 on the floor (please keep them off couch, beds, etc.) If the cleaner has to spend extra time cleaning pet hair off of furniture/sheets/comforters, you are subject to additional cleaning costs for her time. Due to having white carpet on the stairs and in the upstairs bedrooms, dogs need to remain downstairs for the entirety of your stay. Keeping the gate on the stairs closed at all times will make this easy. Lastly, the cleaning fee does *not* include cleaning up pet waste, owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If you agree to these stipulations, we would be more than happy to host you and your furry friends as our guests. We allow up to 2 dogs with max weight being 45 pounds each, and the pet fee is $100 per stay. Please ensure you check the pets option when booking.

Amenities include: high speed internet and WiFi, brand new 65” Smart TV in living room, Smart TVs in all bedrooms, keyless entry with unique door code for access during your stay, towels, linens, pillows, bedding, travel-sized toiletries, and blow dryers in both bathrooms. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

Note from owners: This is our family’s second home away from home. We hope our responsible renters enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as if it were their own. If we or our renters are not staying in the home, we do have a security system, including a Ring camera positioned outside in the front of the house.
