Our host communicated in a very timely way. Very friendly. Well equipped kitchen. A very clean and comfortable house. It's on a nice quiet street. It's about a 15 minute walk to the lake front and the lake front trail.

Loved the house. Great location, 15 mins from downtown Lake geneva. Lots of space for our family to be able to have fun. Will definitely stay there again if we are back in town.

Clean and Quiet

This adorable home was on a quiet street and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the space and kitchen had everything we needed. I definitely would stay here again if we return to Lake Geneva.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wedding in the area and this property was perfectly located to downtown lake Geneva and many resorts. The property had two bedrooms upstairs for the kids, one was a loft with two twin beds but worked well to put a pack and play. Property was clean and decorated cutely. Definitely would stay again!

overall excellent with some suggestions

Hello - we would suggest that there be bedside lamps in the guest bedrooms as there were none. The information regarding the TV remote was somewhat confusing in the book at the home and the TV remote had no batteries. The light on the stairs to the two second floor guest bedrooms did not work, and the smoke detector was not there, just an empty folder. The kitchen was well appointed. The furniture was comfortable and nicely arranged for conversation. I would highly recommend this accommodation to others. The suggestions we have are relatively minor and easily fixed.

New Year's getaway

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed in this unit. Very Nice. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out. The owners are very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions. This is a well kept and neat house!! We enjoy coming here very much.

Perfect home-like feeling

This place was perfect for the 5 of us sisters. We had a wonderful time, the place is wonderful with all we needed. It is well stocked in the kitchen, the bath and bedroom supplies were plentiful, and the place is in excellent condition and well maintained. If we ever go to Lake Geneva again, this will be the place we choose to stay! It has been the best VRBO we've had in the few years we've been using them!

Comfortable house in great location

This house was perfect for the 4 of us who were attending a reunion. However, there are a few things that could make your stay more enjoyable, such as adding a dresser in the upstairs bedroom that has twin beds. There's no place to put your clothes in that room. Adding lamps to the upstairs bedrooms would also be nice - we brought 2 up from downstairs so we could read. Also, when taking a shower upstairs, the water went completely off for several minutes when a toilet downstairs was flushed. That definitely needs to be fixed. All in all, it was a comfortable home. We enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard in the morning and evening.

Perfect place for a bachelorette party

This was the perfect place for our group of 7 women, celebrating a bachelorette party. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. It seemed like it would be family friendly too as there was a high chair in the kitchen. The only complaint I can think of is that some of the dishes were not as clean as they could have been. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and I would stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was a mild inconvenience that we could not drink the water but we picked up some bottled water nearby. The location was close to the activities we planned. Note that the room with the twin beds does not have a door that closes because of the odd shape of sloping attic ceiling. It does however feel fairly private because it has a hallway that leads to it and turns a corner. We enjoyed playing the games in the house.

Great spot for a getaway!

This was a great place to stay for a group. The host was very quickly responsive to communication and questions leading up to the stay! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice and close to Lake Geneva without being right downtown or in the middle of everything. It is less than a mile walk to Geneva Lake shore path, which was great for letting us get some walking in to view the lake and beautiful homes.

Lovely family vacay spot

Had a great little vacation with the family, house was very cozy and cute the only thing we wish was that there was as a little fire pit for us to roast some marshmallow for s’mores for the kids. Overall great first experience for us as a family.

A very nice place

We found this house to be just great for our family group in town for a wedding. We were only sorry we didn’t have more time there to enjoy the outdoor amenities. There were so many nice little extras, just in case someone forgot to bring something. The four kids really liked the toys and games to keep them busy.

Terrific stay

Very clean, nicely renovated house. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet location. Very nice owners. The owner came on a Sunday morning to snowblow the driveway to make sure we could get out after a snowstorm the night before.
