Starlake: A fully remodeled boutique style cottage
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The property has been fully remodeled in 2022 to a high specification, with vaulted bedroom ceilings and a spacious living and dining area. With two seating options you can relax by the modern gas fire or tranquil seating.
The space
Starlake Cottage has a feeling of openness and is bright in the morning due to the many windows, especially on the ground floor. An open plan kitchen and two seating areas provide lots of space for people to connect. A large TV is centrally placed above the gas fireplace. The large 6 seater dining table, that is further expandable, provides a space for more formal dining in addition to the kitchen counter seating area. A downstairs shower, vanity and toilet also house a washer and dryer for ease of use.
One of the sofas can be pulled out to provide additional sleeping for the 1-2 guests.
Upstairs the two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and the bedroom with bunk beds provide comfortable space for 6 guests. The main bathroom has a double vanity as well as a rain shower over a jacuzzi bathtub. A small seating area is also located on the balcony that is easily accessed from the upstairs hallway.
Guest access
Guests can use the house and outdoor areas in full, except for the basement which will be locked. In the garden, a garage/ guest suite building is not accessible by guests.
Security Cameras: there are two extranetsecurity cameras facingthe property that cover the back door/ driveway and outside upstairsdeck and the fire pit patio area, as well as stairs to a guest suite to the rear of the property (No access to guests). A second camera coversthe path and entrance to the 2nd building and the rear of the main house. A third camera is at the back ofthe second building behind the 2nd building and covers the hot tub, back corner of the garden and the side doors opposite the hot tub ( hot tub is covered and not accessible to guests). Other things to note:
This is a pet free property as stated in the house rules. Bringing a pet will be subject to an additional $350 cleaning fee and guests will be expected to pay for any damages caused to furnishings or furniture. Thanks
