We had a relaxing stay in this apartment which was situated easy walking distance from train bus and historic center. We enjoyed the back deck in April! The apartment was well appointed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

Lots of restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away, great balcony, spacious apartment, and having a washer & dryer in the apartment is great convenience. Parking is a bit tight to get into if you have a large car but still fits. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our week long stay in Aix-en-Provence and Karine’s apartment was perfect for 2 adults. It is (at most) a 5 minute walk to the local Gare de Aix-en-Provence and we used this station often travelling to Marseille and Arles on day trips. If reaching Aix by a TGV train the Aix TGV station is not the same and requires a 6 euro bus trip (approximately 20mins) into Aix proper and then about an 8 minute walk to the apartment. From the apartment you can walk anywhere in the old town easily - Cours Mirabeau is a 3 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well equiped and it was great having a washing machine and airers to wash our clothes after a previous Douro River cruise. Karina replied to any queries we had promptly and politely and was most helpful. We would definitely recommend Karine’s apartment in Aix.

The Apt was perfect for our needs, a place to stay at the end of busy days. It was big enough for 3 adults. Did not utilize much of the kitchen as we were out most of the time, but it had everything you would need. The location was great for proximity to Aix center, could easily walk to Aix for dining , exploring etc. Communication with Karen was great, access to the Apt was fully explained with Info as well as pics to make getting into the parking and bldg easy.

Great location in the heart of Aix

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karin‘s apartment. The ability to use the kitchen after shopping at the market was wonderful. We love the location and we’re able to easily walk to all the restaurants and the wonderful markets. Karin was helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Great stay in Aix

We enjoyed our stay close to the city center in Aix while in a quiet street, in a clean and spacious apartment with parking. The host Karin as well as Françoise who helped with check in were both very helpful and we felt welcome. Overall great experience, would stay there again in the future!

Apartment was well stocked and a short walk to main market area. Having designated parking was very nice to drive to other villages and sights on Provence. Apartment was also very close to trsin station.

Amazing Aix-en Provence

Apartment is close to many restaurants, shopping and historical points of interest. Also, weather was great. Many villages and beaches are easily accessible. Huge market on Saturday.

Comfortable, super clean and convenient!

We really appreciated the location — quiet/safe neighborhood but close to restaurants, shops and markets. The apartment also has all the amenities we needed during our two-week stay, including well equipped kitchen, generous wardrobes in bedrooms and air conditioning units in all rooms.

Perfect quaint apartment close to everything

This apartment is on the first floor (2nd for us Americans). This is perfect place for 3, but it might be a tight fit for 4 adults.

Quiet location close to the old town

Two blocks from old Aix and all of the shops and restaurants you could ever want! Even less to a great boulangerie. Well-appointed apartment and very friendly property manager who showed us where the Monoprix is (closest grocery store).

je m'appelle Karine (Kollenz-Quétard) et j'ai vecu à Aix-en-Provence avant de m'installer sur la Cote Bleue. J'ai acheté cet appartement pour ma famille car nous adorons Aix-en-Provence et nous y passons à peu pres un weekend par mois pour aller au theatre et voir nos amis Aixois.

Je suis Autrichienne, mais j'habite en France depuis plus que 10 ans, car mon mari est Francais. Nos enfnats ont 10 et 12 ans et decouvrent la vie en ville grace a cet appartement.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Pour couvrir les charges et les investissements fait dans ceet appartement qui nous sert actuellement pour des WE en ville et qui servira evenutellement a mes enfants quand il feront leurs etudes.
