📢 ROOFTOP MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 13 – JUNE 14): Please note that the rooftop maintenance program will take place over 9 weeks in sections to minimize disruption. THE MAIN ROOFTOP POOL (LEVEL 8) WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 8–14. Jacuzzi 1 will be closed April 13–26, Jacuzzi 2 will be closed April 20–May 3, and the gym will be closed for 3 days during May 11–17. Additional temporary closures will affect the smoking area (May 4–10), south lounge area (May 25–31), and pool shower (June 1–7). Most rooftop amenities will remain open and accessible throughout the project. The pool on Level 5 will remain open and available to guests at all times during the maintenance period.

Rooftop patio

We enjoyed the rooftop patio and pool. Staff were very friendly and building was very clean. Room was nice, had everything you need. Sonia was great!

The property was beautiful, the pools were great, the property manager was excellent and all of the staff were really accommodating. I really appreciated the water filter in the kitchen so we were able to drink the tap water. The only bad thing was a slight musty smell in the unit, but other than that it was fantastic!

Fantastic condo in great location.

This condo was very well equipped and it presents exactly as pictures. We loved the two bathrooms, main floor location and two beautiful pool areas. The balcony is more of an internal balcony but I wasn’t surprised by this as the reviews and pictures demonstrated this. It is in the best location in the Romantic zone.

The ad is very misleading

The entire place reeked of stench upon arrival. Since the property manager was not present on check in, I called her and she sent a maintenance man who discovered a broken sewer pipe in the bath. He said he was able to fix it but the smell continue. He came back and adjusted the AC which did little. We had to buy Febreeze to be able to sleep. The bedroom has no ventilation. The smell was in our clothes, the furniture, everything. I felt like we were in. Janitor closet, no light, little ventilation. Do not stay here! You will regret it. We were offered no recompense. It’s obvious why there were no real pictures showing the unit. Oh yeah, a mural of a window was painted on the bedroom wall.

Great Location! Great Place!

Renting here was super easy and a perfect location to walk to anything you could ever need! The 2 pool areas are very nice as well…highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Stay in PV

This condo is in the PERFECT location! Close to everything... good restaurants, shops, the beach. Check in was a breeze, and Brianda (with the property management company) is very friendly and always available if you have questions. The condo itself is well-eauipped, and it's so nice having an extra half bath. There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. There is an amazing rooftop area with a nice pool, grill area and jacuzzis. We enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Beware! If things aren’t working as advertised, you will still be charged!

TV in bedroom not working - not told at front desk upon check in. We like to watch TV in bed to fall asleep and they had no timeframes for when they could bring a new one to install. Definitely not as advertised. They couldn’t give us a time or even IF they would be able to replace it, but if they got a TV then we'd have to be unconvinced by having someone come in to install it. They offered us a 10% discount but this no longer suited our needs so we told them we were checking out and they said no refunds available since it was within the no cancellation period! Well they didn’t let me know until it was within this time! So if the pool was no longer working would that too equate to no refund because you didn’t keep up your end of the contract? Really it's no different. You advertised something was available and I entered into the contract with it as advertised. You didn't hold up your end and still kept my money for 6 days when we only stayed 1 night! As a Property Manager I would NEVER do this to a guest. This is on my end and I would of course offer a discount or full refund if my guests decided it no longer worked for them. Not this place. Apparently they emailed me prior to check in but my phone was dead after 12 hours of traveling. Regardless, the front desk should have informed us. Patio overlooks underground parking and gigantic AC unit, dark, depressing. If you're out there, don't close the door all the way because there's no outside handle to reopen it! Gum stuck to floor - how clean is it?!? Living room sofa is super hard, has rips and stains. Bed was like sleeping on a brick. We were actually sore after we got up in the morning with very little sleep. Several lights out in the unit and difficult to see to even put makeup on. Master "window" overlooks a busy, noisy hallway. No dressers to unpack your clothes, underwear, bathing suits into and like 6 hangers for 2 people. Loud at night, music, people in hallway, etc and they even provide you with earplugs.

Unfortunately, Michelle's experience with us was not as great as we were hoping for her. The TV in the bedroom stopped working right before Michelle’s check in, she was offered a discount for the inconvenience, however she didn't accept and decided to leave the next morning. We wished we had a little more comprehension and time as we could not do it all at her arrival when there was a sofa-bed in the living room area with a giant TV that worked well. We are confident that we sell what is in the listing for this property; and since we were in all nature to replace the TV and assist, we did not think a full refund was fair. We still hope for Michelle to give us another chance in the future to try the quality of the service we provide.
