The caretaker Memo and his wife Maria were great and we saw them on site each day. The unit was clean and well appointed , & was as expected from the pictures and discription on VRBO. The location was great and the owner was very accomidating with our late flight, and agreed to a late check out. I would highly recommend. Cheers.

Unbelievable Accommodation, Unforgettable Holiday!

We feel so blessed to have found this incredible apartment in a great location in Puerto Vallarta. All four of us (two couples) appreciated the clean, spacious, comfortable, well-designed space, and the proximity to the beach, amazing restaurants, entertainment, and other conveniences (bank, minimart). The space was regularly cleaned throughout our two weeks, and we were grateful for the supplies provided (sheets, towels and even shampoo, conditioner, body wash!) which set this place apart! We would not hesitate to return and will definitely recommend to others. Our host was extremely responsive to all communication from the moment of our inquiry until the end of our trip, and was friendly and helpful with ideas and suggestions. No review of this property would be complete without mentioning Memo and Maria, who are responsible for meeting guests on arrival, providing regular contact, and cleaning. They are warm and wonderful people who couldn't do enough for us throughout our trip, literally from beginning to end. We miss this home and these people already! We highly recommend this space.

Great Way to Welcome 2023

We were met by the property manager, Memo and given a tour of the property. He told us all the tips about where to get groceries (just around the corner) and how to get around the area. Maria, his wife, did a great job of making sure the property was clean and organized. They were very helpful during the entire trip, The condo is well laid out and stocked with essentials (shampoo, toilet paper, beach towels, etc). The beds are comfortable and clean. Restaurants and shopping are very close. The condo located just a block from the swimming beach. The New Year's Eve fireworks celebration was the perfect way to ring in 2023.

perfect location

This suite was perfect for 2 couples. Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Always enough towels and beach towels. Showers worked great we had no problems with the air conditioning, the wifi or the doors and locks. There is an onsite manager Memo who will help with whatever you need. Everything including the beach is in walking distance with great night life, restaurants and cafes. It is a busy neighborhood but you can't hear the noise inside so i slept well. I would definitely recommend.

Family Christmas vacation

I was looking for a comfortable condo for my 84 year old father and young adult children. This was the perfect place. A lot of room, large sleeping quarters. It was a 15 minute walk from our place on the malecon.

Very close to the beach and local market. The pool area needs improved seating. For Jan it was a bit cool in PVR and we found we were always cold in the condo. Condo is of nice size and clean.

Best Christmas EVER!!

Location was fantastic, easy walk to the beach, with plenty of beach towels to borrow. Mini Market is close so having the equipped kitchen made it so easy to make meals at the condo(they also have great fresh made guacamole). Great restaurants within walking distance, we really enjoyed Jorge's Hideaway-excellent service and the Kahlua shrimp was is worth ordering every time! La Piazzetta was also a great find for Italian, their Tiramasu is amazing. Memo and Maria do a fantastic job taking care of the facility. Really appreciated the assistance from Memo with checking in and out. Thank you for the Best Christmas EVER!!

Great location!

Loved staying at Dale's place! The location is awesome, about a block from the beach (there are many places that provide chairs and drinks for cheap) and close to many restaurants and bars. Still quiet at night, with lots of room in the condo to use for cooking, family time, etc. The pool on the rooftop is small, but could fit 4+ people comfortably for a dip. Memo, the on-site property manager was always available, gave us great recommendations, and kept up the property nicely. My husband and I both mentioned that we'd love to stay here again!
