Ce condo est une unité dans un immeuble de plusieurs unités, les vues sont tout simplement incroyables, de chaque unité vous avez une vue magnifique sur Puerto Vallarta et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Au-dessus du bâtiment, vous trouverez un jardin sur le toit à plusieurs niveaux avec deux piscines à débordement, des barbecues, une cuisine partielle, un réfrigérateur et une salle de bains. Le toit est un endroit incroyable pour se détendre et se détendre après une journée de sortie. Oh et bien sûr les VUES SUR L'OCÉAN sont INCROYABLES là-haut! vous pouvez avoir un bon verre de vin le soir, une tasse de café le matin et lire un bon livre (beaucoup de choix).
MALECON et BEACH sont accessibles à pied (3 pâtés de maisons) afin que vous puissiez profiter de tout le charme de Puerto Vallarta à pied.
Quant à l'unité, toutes sont équipées d'A / C, d'une connexion Wi-Fi cohérente, d'un lit KING confortable (support + couche plus douce sur le dessus), d'une bonne pression d'eau, d'une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle avec cuisinière à six brûleurs, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'ustensiles de cuisine nouveaux / plus récents , micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, comptoirs en granit et beaucoup d'espace de rangement, tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous!
L'endroit est en haut des escaliers. Vous devez vous mettre à cette vue en quelque sorte! lol. De plus, vous êtes près d'une église, donc il y aura des cloches ici. Je les trouve personnellement charmants; tout fait partie de l'aventure / de l'expérience et de faire partie de l'environnement et de la culture.

My husband and I loved staying here. The view from the pool and other areas of the building were Amazing! We loved having tea every morning and cocktails every afternoon on our balcony. Coffee and tea were provided - and water which was super great not to have to worry about lugging bottled water. Great location - very easy to walk everywhere - lots of steps to get into the property - however the views are worth it!

Every thing was as expected as per the add on VRBO. Rooms were clean, great staff, but most of all it was peace and quite all around the units/pools. We are going to pass this on to our friends and family.

Health advisory: Not for the faint of heart. Property is NOT a beach front, it's four blocks from the beach and the four blocks are NOT an easy stroll, it's an UPHILL CLIMB that could be a problem after a long day walking the beach and the Malecon. And after you survive the 4 blocks uphill climb, you're faced with an 87 steps climb to 4th floor to the apartment. Advertised as a beach front and a 2 minutes walk to the beach is outrageous. This leads me to question the veracity of the reviews ( paid reviews maybe). The breath taking views they talk about are only accessible from the roof top. And by that I mean you get to see the ocean on the HORIZON, so you're not anywhere near the beach. I'm not sure if this review is gonna allow me to post some pics at the end. But just in case it wont allow attachments, apartment front view is horrible thru the balcony and looking at the backs of endless rows of buildings with a glimpse of the ocean in the far horizon. The view from the bedroom is worse looking at backs of buildings.

We always want guests to have information before booking, which is why our listing clearly states is walking distance from the beach and Malecón, located on a hillside with stairs, even the map shows the location. We have never advertised the property as beachfront. The stairs and uphill location are clearly disclosed, as are important part of the layout and what allows us to offer the amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. We also want to mention that during your stay, we reached out to check in and make sure everything was comfortable, but unfortunately we did not receive a response or any indication that there were concerns about the location or the condo. We are always happy to assist and do everything we can to make our guests’ stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible when concerns are brought to our attention. Regarding the comment about “paid reviews,” we want to clarify that our guest reviews are genuine and come from travelers who have stayed with us. We respect that every guest may experience a property differently, but we also want future guests to have accurate information. We’re sorry that the property did not meet your expectations, we always try to improve and we appreciate your feedback

Great location

We really loved the location of the condo. The only negative is that the address is incorrect on the listing. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and many great restaurants.

Peaceful paradise!

We loved our 2 week stay! The unit was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. The views from the rooftop were beautiful, a perfect place to watch the sunsets. We were able to walk everywhere. Beach, Malecon, restaurants and shopping are within a few blocks. We’re planning to return next year! Definitely worth the hike up hill a couple of blocks and then climbing 85 stairs up to the property! Thank you, Liz and Juan!

Perfect central location!

We really enjoyed the Melon apartment. It had everything you needed.The only thing you need to be aware about is that you are going up 85 steps and up a hill. We knew this and actually enjoyed the hike.We could not use the pools due to them being cold, but we still relaxed and got some sunshine.I would highly recommend this property.We met some really great People.Thanks Liz for sharing your property.people while at the property.

Breath Taking View

Liz is a great communicator! Her place was even nicer than the pictures. The view is incredible. There were so many places to hang out outside and enjoy the view and the sun. She even arranged an in-home massage for us. We’ll be back!

Awesome outdoor space and views

Amazing views from the rooftop. See the entire bay and enjoy the sunsets. Could actually see whales breaching from the roof. 2 pools are small but having 2 meant there was always good privacy. Each pool had it's own shaded couch area which was pretty cool. Another 2 patio areas separate from the pools meant there was always a great place to read a book and relax. Apartment is nice. Great breeze in the bedroom so no need for AC when I visited in late Feb/early March. Caution- VRBO provides the wrong address. Property manager sends a separate email with proper address. So just follow that and you'll be fine.
