The house was fantastic. Very central location to a ton of fun activities and restaurants in San Jose. The place felt safe and comfortable and having access to a TV and full kitchen was fantastic.

The host sent me a text with lots of recommendations for the area. When we arrived the property was conveniently located on Sam Jose. Very clean and modestly furnished unit.

Home away from home.

This lovely apartment was our home away from home for our 2-day visit! It was perfectly clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. Owners provided information on activities and nearby restaurants. It was everything we needed. If I come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was super friendly! The place was perfectly clean, except the laundry was coin-operated and not very clean. We decided not to use the laundry. Otherwise the place was perfect and huge!

My child and I wanted to do a staycay. This place is so cozy. It's close to many kid friendly eateries, McDonald's, Subway, Dunkin Doughnuts. My son did not want to leave.

Clean and simple spot for a stay

Very quiet neighbors, clean apartment, everything in good working order. This spot is a very convenient location to get anywhere in Silicon Valley. The only downside was heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads but ... that's what makes it so convenient!

Misleading title and description

“Luxury” is laughable. This place is in a very crummy neighborhood, furniture falling apart, paint peeling, blinds broken, and on and on. It was located near restaurants and we only needed a one night for a concert at shoreline.

Clean and Comfortable

International students and their families find it most convenient that the internationally renown Harker School is a mere five minutes away by car! Long term monthly stays are available.
