Our 4 nite stay at Club Wyndham Seawatch was wonderful. From checking in meeting some great people to checking out. Everyone was great, the unit (condo) had everything we needed and more. You won't be disappointed if you book with them. Our rep was 100% welcoming! We will definitely be booking with Christian again!

Great property, phenomenal condo, but horrible Rental Company (Rental Pros).

The Arcadian Shores property is phenomenal, with friendly on-site staff and a great 2 bedroom rental. The only issue I had was with the third party rental agency whom the owner has used to book and manage the property through VRBO. My infant son came down with a serious respiratory illness that led to pneumonia and an ear infection which resulted in me not being able to go on this trip with friends. I contacted the Rental Pros who manage this property for the owner to change the name of the person checking in since I would not be able to attend. Instead of having understanding, grace, and empathy for someone they refused to change the name of the person checking in unless I paid a $100 fee (which literally involved just calling the hotel to say the new name). Ultimately, I I had to pay this fee of have the others attending not be able to check in. There lack of compassion and empathy was astounding. I would recommend this property, but would not recommend this booking agency that the owner contracts through.

Wyndham Seawatch

Our stay was good overall. The reservation through Vrbo/management company had to be changed less than two weeks before our trip due to non-communication from the condo owner. We were given the option for a refund or to slightly change the dates, which for my group affected the trip for everyone negatively. We made the best of it and realize they did what they could by finding us the condo they did, but the change definitely altered our original plans for our long awaited trip that was supposed to include a weekend. The property was nice, but was not quite as advertised on Vrbo. There were very few pictures available, but what was shown was definitely misleading as far as the view of the beach. Our condo wasn’t the cleanest and the furniture inside was filthy. We put sheets on top the furniture to give us peace of mind. Overall, we paid for a beach trip and our accommodations were good. The condo, while it could’ve been cleaner, was a nice set up and provided us with our needs. The property had all the necessities, good pool/hot tub hours, plenty of pool seating, and great beach access. One suggestion I’d make would be adding Netflix/Hulu type apps to the tv’s because down time television was subpar.
