Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1-2 bedrooms.

Welcome to Sol Retreat, our 3 bedroom 2 bath condo at SeaWatch Plantation. Nestled away, off a private road in North Myrtle Beach, SeaWatch offers everything.

Located on the 7th floor this condo offers great views. 1 king, 3 queens

We fell in love with our condo and the view the minute we saw it.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Sol Searching Properties is a small boutique type rental management company, one that has all the fine details worked out. We are local to the island and enjoy sharing some of the island’s best kept secrets with you. Please look us up and give us a shout out.

Great location!

Great location, we love Seawatch and have stayed in the complex before. The condo is as advertised, having the 3 bedroom very nice, comfortable beds with washer/dryer and conveniently located close to the elevators that run very close to the pool. The pools and beaches are very nice, we would definately stay here again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Great!

Lovely, clean condo close to elevator. Beautiful views of ocean and sunrise. We and especially children enjoyed all the pools and lazy river, as well as beach. Just a couple of things to note: living space is a bit small for group of 6 or more; also, it was noisier than I expected with the pools, etc., open, it seemed, at all hours.

May Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sols Retreat. The weather was sunny, but a little windy. This is our second time at this unit, and we will gladly stay here again. Looking forward to coming back. We love the Sea Watch Resort.

Gorgeous condo, great property, easy accessible location. We were here for work, but I would vacation here as well. Excellent response time from host.

The condo was very clean. The wrap around balcony is a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay there. It’s a small thing but I wish there was more than one dish towel-I recommend bringing a few of your own.

Wonderful beach vacation

We stayed summer 2022 and what a wonderful stay it was. The condo had room for our family of 5 to spread out. We cooked in a number of meals and had everything we needed. The beach, pools, etc were fantastic. We rented the umbrella/chairs which was well worh it because those take prime spots on the beach.

We had a great time and the location felt safe. Our only complaint was the toilet paper, one layer thin. If they continue with this brand, I’d suggest to bring your own.

Time with Family

Lots to do. Enjoyed all of the pools. No waiting on elevators on Saturday check in. Lots of luggage buggies plus grocery carts helped with a large crew!

Amazing Views !!

This unit was awesome. Lots of space, huge master suite with ensuite and the balcony wraps right around. The sun rise views are spectacular and you get full view of the beach and pools below. The kitchen has everything you need and the built in laundry area is very convenient. The second bedroom of the three has access directly into the second bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look to return. Thanks for an awesome vacation :)

Very Nice Place

Overall stay was very good. Place was nice and location was great. I have stayed at Sea Watch before and the amenities are great. Pools are not heated until October 1 no matter what temperature is doing outside. Only changes I would suggest is overall very poor lighting in all bedrooms. Third bedroom with queen bed was dimly lite, no rod in closet for clothes and no furniture other than nightstand, and no tv in this room as well. Overall I would give it a very good review.

Most Amazing views!!!

We had a great week at the condo. The photos were identical to the property and the view was amazing, you had privacy even at a large resort. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Even had the necessities of dishwasher soap and dish soap. You will enjoy your stay, only thing that I would mention is that some the furniture was heavily worn, but it was still functional. The beds were extremely comfortable for our family of 6. I think anyone would have a great stay at this property. Amenities were great!!

Perfect location and views!

Location is perfect away from crowds and amusement area, but close enough to enjoy that area if wanted. Amazing views from balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Couldn't ask for a better place.

Condo exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. We love the Seawatch Plantation resort and it’s location. The condo has great ocean views. Owners were easy to work with and covenant check in process. We highly recommend this condo.

Sea Watch Plantation Condo

Sea Watch is a nice resort for families that don’t mind a lot of people and a somewhat noisy environment. The views and convenience of beach, numerous pools and hot tubs are the highlights.. Our condo was nicely laid out with amazing views and mostly all the conveniences of home. The cleaning crew could have done a better job and it could use some minor cosmetic work and some of the furniture was a bit worn, but functional. One of the smoke alarms began chirping at 3:50am. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
