Unit B311 with AC is a deluxe, two bedroom, two bathroom, partial ocean view condo with a remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. It has an upstairs master bedroom with a king size bed and a downstairs guest bedroom with two twin beds. B311 has tile floors in the main living area, laminate in the guest bedroom & carpeting upstairs. There is a clothes washer/ dryer in the condo. There are a/c units in each bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms. B311 has a great view of Haleakala, the putting green, pool, and Pacific ocean.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight. Â
I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
