This well-maintained, original two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the desirable Luana Kai oceanfront complex—just steps from five miles of breathtaking Sugar Beach! This peaceful North Kihei gem is truly a hidden treasure, close to shopping, dining, and all your vacation essentials.

Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort! The unique double-length lanai stretches from the living room to the master bedroom, offering a shaded, breezy spot to sip cocktails, dine outside, or simply unwind while enjoying views of the garden and West Maui Mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a microwave, and a toaster oven—perfect for preparing meals or entertaining. The living area includes a brand-new, comfortable sofa, dining table, and two bar stools. A large flat-screen smart TV offers cable, streaming, and wireless connectivity for your entertainment needs.

The master bedroom features a brand-new king-size bed with luxurious hotel-quality bedding and a flat-screen TV. Each morning, you'll wake up to serene views of the lush garden landscape. The second bedroom also offeres a supermely comfortable king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Great place and location

This was a great condo for our trip. It was centrally located, walking distance to beach and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The property and condo were exactly as advertised. A big plus was air conditioning in each room. The host also provided beach chairs and gear (i.e. boogey boards). The pool on the property also is well maintained. Overall, the property is great for stay in Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Perfect location

Was a great location for Road to Hana, Haleakala, Lahaina and more. Property was very nice and quiet in the evenings and early mornings (outside of all the birds awakening first thing😊).

Right on the Beach in Kihei

This condo was a wonderful place for our family. It was spacious and the double lanai was a great gathering spot. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the resort was beautiful. We had a great week in Kihei.

Great condo!

The condo was lovely. Great amenities in the unit - everything you could want for a great stay in Maui. The complex was beautiful with a great pool and easy access to the beach. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This unit is nicely furnished and spacious feeling with a double lanai.

Luana Kai is a beautifully landscaped and well maintained property with a warm friendly atmosphere. It has a lovely pool and hot tub area with plenty of newer grills and a covered eating/kitchen area for clean up.
