 C107 is a Deluxe, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom  with AC & a king size bed. C107 is situated on the South side of the property, C107 opens onto the courtyard and allows easy access to the putting green, pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and ocean. It overlooks the putting green and is just a short walk from lanai to pool.  Condo C107 has deep, rich colors with cherry cabinets and granite counter tops, double bath sinks and matching furniture.Beautifully furnished and decorated in bright island colors and art. Complete with 42″ flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD, Bose stereo radio and Hi-Speed Internet. Efficient central split air conditioning for living room and bedroom runs quiet and cool. This ground floor unit expands your living area with garden and peekaboo ocean view.

Every year the Maui Film Festival hosts independent films from around the world. These films, which are often debuts can be watched under the stars on the lawn in Wailea and at The Maui Arts and Cultural Center in Kahului. Luana Kai is right between these two fantastic venues.

Little piece of paradise

Beautiful property. Very quiet and serene. A little surprised I had to pay for A/C separately but overall a great stay.

Nice stay

We have stayed at Luana Kai many time, the resort is very nice and well maintained. The unit we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen. The king size bed was a plus. The condo could use an update, the mini bathtub/shower is not really senior friendly, this condo does not have a smart lock but is key entry. Washer and dryer in the condo was great to have and the lanai was great. You can’t go wrong visiting Maui.

Overpriced

Way overpriced. 175 for cleaning and yet you ask me to take out the trash. 25 a night for AC is steep for a mini split system. Smoke alarm goes off just toasting bread.

Beautiful area and close to a lot

The room was very nice, spacious bedroom and full kitchen next to the living room with a beautiful view through very large windows/doors. Amenities were great, having AC and access to washer/dryer was useful. We enjoyed being in Kihei, it was relaxing and still close to everywhere we wanted to go. It's a great place, for a great price, if you're considering it, book it for sure.

Very nice property easy walk to the ocean.

My wife, son and I enjoyed our stay the room was nice and clean. It's in a great location in Kihei. We will definitely be staying there again.

Vacation 2021

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean and comfortable, all amenities of home and for the beach. The grounds are beautiful and great access to a beach that we enjoyed morning and evening walks. We hope to return!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
