Communication with Martina was outstanding. The condo was very clean and well kept. It’s location near the pool and across the street from the beach was fantastic. The condo has everything you need to make your stay on the island very convenient and enjoyable. My family and I can’t wait to go back and would enjoy staying there again.

Excellent location. Service was good. Having a floor vacuum cleaner would better keep the floor cleaner. Keeping the linen organized for different beds would make it easier for renters. Gnerally response was good and prompt.

Fantastic stay!

The condo was exactly as advertised! We loved the location and use of the chairs, tennis racquets, games, towels, and boogie boards. The pool and gym area were used extensively and some good eats were easy walks away. We look forward to coming back back soon!

Comfortable and a great location.

This condo was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to either the pool or Kamaole Beach Park 3. The folding chairs, cooler and umbrella provided let us spend lots of time on the beach. It's on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. Would rent again.

Everything you need

Very nice condo. Grounds were beautiful. Close to many activities. The condo was furnished nicely with everything you didn’t realize you needed. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked! Our college age kids loved the twin Murphy beds. They slept great! We had a couple of bumps with our stay and the owner and the management team were fantastic at communicating and troubleshooting. We will return!!

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay in Martina's home away from home. Very comfortable unit, and especially the bed in the master. Martina is quick to communicate with you. This unit would comfortably accommodate 4 people. Our Granddaughters spent a night with us on the two Murphy beds and they loved them

Nice place!

This was a cozy place in an optimal location! I would return and stay again! (I stayed in front room in Murphy bed
a dresser would have been nice for my folded clothes instead of the piece of furniture with the decorations and books).

Kamaole Sands

This was a beautiful property, just across the street from the beach. The apartment was well appointed and had beach chairs, a rolling cooler and many amenities. My only complaint is that the picture of the beach view shown as the first photo is not accurate; we only had a peel a boo view, looking through the railing with the neighbors lanai wall blocking some of the view. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent unit

Brilliant complex with a lovely pool, tennis court and beautifully maintained shared areas and a stunning location across from the beach. The unit itself was beautiful, well stocked with amenities like laundry detergent, shampoo etc and the host made the whole process very easy to plan/check in etc. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great stay in Kehei

We stayed here for 5 nights after staying in Napili for 2. The check in process was quick and efficient, parking spot was right by our room and easy access in and out of the room with elevators close by. We used the beach equipment on a couple of occasions and lived the central location to the beach across the street. We had plenty of kitchen items to cook with and used the bbq at the facility as well. We had two other families in our group stay at the same property and this made for an easy way to connect while on vacation. Thank you and we will be back again!!

Nicely appointed condo near the beach.

The condo was clean, kitchen well appointed with dishes and spices and had everything we needed for the week including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice. AC worked great but was noisy in the bedroom. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location

I stayed here with my wife and two year old daughter. What an amazing location and fantastic condo. I was working remotely some of the days using the great wifi in the condo. I was able to video conference from the balcony which was awesome! The kitchen had everything you will need to cook. We did almost every meal at the condo. Comfortable living room with huge tv. It was really nice to have two bathrooms. Also, all the beach accessories are in the condo. We used the included beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, ice chest and boogie boards. We used them everyday! My family would walk across the street to the beach in the morning. Come take a nap after lunch and head out to more beaches in the afternoon. Most of the best beaches in Maui are within 15 minutes. The host was incredible and we can’t thank her enough. Such an amazing vacation.

My favorite place on Maui is kihei. Everything is within walking distance. Close to beautiful Wailea and gorgeous golf courses. This really is the perfect spot. I lost my heart here in 2005.

The property grounds here at Kamaole Sands are spectacular. Gorgeous vegetation, waterfalls and ponds make you forget your worries as you drive in. Steps away from world famous Kamaole Beach III, what more could you ask for.
