Set in the hustle and bustle of Steamboat Springs, this lovely, ski-in/ski-out corner home is packed with lovely views of the Steamboat Ski area and the Yampa Valley. Treat yourself to a wonderful home that your family will come to love year after year. Downtime will be a dream, as the living area has a cozy gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family to enjoy. Enter the large kitchen and you will be greeted with plenty of room to prepare the best meals for even the hungriest of skiers. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table set for eight, so everyone can enjoy reminiscing over warm dinners each evening. The home is also equipped with a washer/dryer, central AC, complimentary WiFi, and 130 HD channels, so everyone will feel right at home.

The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
Property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts.

The location was wonderful with a great view!! The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, trash bags, etc. However, the condo could use some updating, especially the lighting as the rooms were dark at night.

Comfortable and spacious

This unit was comfortable and spacious and in an ideal location, walking distance to everything at the base of the mountain. It was very clean, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the layout was great. A few things prevented a 5-star review. The unit is a bit dated. There was a foul odor in the laundry closet when we first checked in, but the management company remedied the situation immediately. The baseboards in the dining area were not working, but again the management company was super responsive and made sure we had a space heater to keep that area of the room warm. Although the location of the unit was fantastic for access to the slopes, the bedrooms overlook a parking lot, and if it snows, the scraping and beeping of the snowplows is extremely loud. On two of our nights there, the plows started at 4 AM and didn’t finish until after 6 AM, and it was impossible to sleep through the noise. Of course we were thrilled with the fresh powder, but the lack of sleep was a challenge. Not sure if there’s anything that can be done to better soundproof the bedrooms but that would have been helpful. In general, we enjoyed our stay and would come back, but would either bring earplugs or look for a unit away from that parking lot.

Perfect with one exception

The place is perfect for a family ski trip but we had one major inconvenience. When we arrived only one of the two elevators worked, and by the end of the trip neither was working which made carrying skis luggage and climbing the stairs at the end of a long day of skiing a problem. The place itself however worked perfectly

Hi Daniel, thank you for your feedback. While we are glad you enjoyed your stay, we are so sorry to hear about the elevators not working by the end of your stay. One of the parts to fix one of the elevators is on backorder. The second elevator was repaired the day following your departure. We are glad our local manager was able to help you carry the luggage during your check-out but we understand that having to walk up and down the stairs is less than ideal. We hope to have another chance to impress you!

Well stocked

We loved how well the kitchen was stocked, even a crockpot. Beds were comfortable and living room furniture very comfortable. Only downside was the snow plowing in the middle of the night- 2:26 am until 6:30 am on and off. We were awake all night.

Highly recommend

Torian Plum Creekside 418 was terrific for our family of 5. It's a corner unit and the living spaces have an amazing view of the mountain. Spacious, nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen (coffee pot with filters, pots and pans, baking needs, crock pot...). Terrific location - so easy to rent equipment at Torian Sports at Plaza below and then use building ski lockers. Walk out and ski down to Christie Express or the Gondola. Our kids weren't in ski school, but if they were, it meets literally right there. Pre-ordered groceries for delivery from Safeway which worked great. Service from both Vacasa and from the Torian Plum front desk were terrific. Only minor issue is the bedrooms face the street and you can hear the snowplows in the early morning - but on the other hand, that meant there was fresh snow overnight! I highly recommend this unit.

clean and convenient

We loved our stay at Torian Plum Creekside!Would definitely stay there again. The unit was in “move-in” condition and skiing in and out was a breeze. Lockers were great downstairs so we didn’t have to lug skis upstairs and outdoor pool and hot tubs were a great place to end the day. Indoor parking was very convenient and we were permitted to park three cars there all weekend.
