Gondola Getaway - true ski in ski out living at the Steamboat Resort gondola base area. Gondola Getaway is a privately owned condo within the Sheraton Resort Village, a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in an epic location! Your stay will include access to the following amenities of the hotel; an underground parking spot, heated pool, hot tubs, ski storage, fitness center and restaurants. Take the elevator down to your own private ski storage, grab your skis and walk over to the Gondola! ***GUESTS STAYING IN THIS CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE FRONT DESK****
This unique 2 bedroom condo has two floors. The spacious main floor living area is well appointed with a comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV and a Bose surround sound system. After a day of winter activities, the stacked stone gas fireplace will take the chill off. The dining room features seating for 6 at the table plus a 3 stool breakfast bar looking into efficient, well stocked kitchen. The large living room windows let in plenty of natural light and feature a view of Steamboat's iconic Sleeping Giant mountain (sorry, no view of the slopes). The balcony is accessible year round, with outdoor table and chairs to take in the views of Sleeping Giant and the clean, mountain air. When you are ready for aprés ski, enjoy your favorite libations at your own wet bar.
Head up the stairs for the sleeping spaces. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and a full bathroom en suite. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and is directly across the second full bathroom. The sectional sofa in the living room features a pull out bed for additional sleeping options. Full bathroom number 3 is located back down on the main floor.

Located in the Sheraton Resort Village puts you right in the middle of everything a Steamboat Springs summer has to offer, Burgess Creek Beach, the base area Adventure Zone, the bike park, restaurants and a quick trip to downtown whenever you want. Enjoy the AC provided in our condo, a rarity here in the mountains.
Underground garage parking for 1 vehicle, height restriction is 7 Feet tall in the garage. If you have a vehicle over 7 feet tall, there is a surface lot to park in. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. Please display the parking pass provided inside the unit.

As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
