Take that long-awaited vacation to the magical area of Steamboat Springs and stay in style at this adorable ski-in/out condo sitting mere steps from endless ski runs, a shared pool, and hot tubs! Regardless of the time of year, you will surely make memories to last a lifetime. When everyone returns from their adventures, the group's chef can hop into the kitchen and efficiently prepare meals with the modern appliances. Sit at the breakfast bar and reminisce about the day's activities! On warmer evenings, take a glass of wine to the balcony and look out over the Yampa Valley as the sun goes down. When it is time to settle down for the night, everyone will love gathering on the comfy couch while a movie plays on the TV. Pack-N-Plays and high chairs are available upon request.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express, and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has a heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, grills, and on-site underground parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.
Things to Know No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great room!
Perfect location right next to gondola and several dining options with views of the slopes from the room. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the price was very reasonable for the location and quality of the condo. Would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Slopeside Condo!
Loved being right next to the slopes for our stay. The bed was super comfortable; perfect for being sore after a long day of skiing! We loved being able to use the pool and hot tubs since we were not able to get a reservation for the hot springs. Very comfortable, cozy, and clean and the perfect location! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
Everything about TP 507 was perfect. Location was ideal. Slope side view, short walk to base, restaurants & shops. Shuttle service to downtown with simple phone call…easy & convenient. Accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us. Think it would be small for 4. Washer & dryer came in handy. Kitchen pretty well stocked.

Great place to stay! We stayed with 2 young kids and they had a pack and play for our 2 year old to sleep in. Full kitchen, and fireplace was great to have as well as washer and dryer in condo. They have free shuttle and water/hot chocolate in lobby. Close to everything; get 20% off ski rentals too by staying here.

Very nice unit
Updated full-size appliances; everything worked; everything in great shape. Lots of pots and pans and utensils. Really appreciated the owners fitting in a king-size bed, even though there was no room for a second night table. Fireplace was small and didn't put out much heat, but that's OK.

Great Place/Great Location
Titian Plum 507 was perfect for us. It is clean and comfortable. A little worn in a few places (wall paper etc) but nothing serious. Everything works and was freshly cleaned. Great location in walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the slopes. Easy in/out parking and the on-site staff were very helpful. Check in etc was smooth and convenient. Recommend it and would stay again!

Great location and cozy
Great view, easy ski access, nice pool and hot tub. Comfortable condo, good for a couple or a family with 1-2 small kids. Could have used more blankets and there is only salt, pepper,
and sugar packets so bring spices if cooking. Really enjoyed the amenities and skiing access of this condo. I would definitely stay again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! The Torian's ideal location makes getting to and from summer or winter activities a breeze. Especially in the summer, having the beach so close by the kiddos really enjoy it. We'd love to have you back, autumn is just around the corner and the Torian balconies certainly do have a great view of the fall colors...something to think about, see you back in town soon!

Giving it a 4 star review based on the views and logistics to Mountain are Great!!! Staff was very professional and courteous and 507 was very clean and the welcoming Beer was a nice touch...Although they should upgrade the coffee. Being candid and lending some constructive criticism , this was our third stay at Torian Plum (2014, 2017, and this week) 507 needs modern components throughout and should be restaged.
