Gondola Square, à seulement 60 pieds de la télécabine. Meilleur emplacement.

Salon, salle à manger avec cuisine complÚte et tous les appareils. Le salon comprend des meubles en cuir avec une télévision de 50 ". Le loft à l'étage dispose d'une télévision de 32 pouces. De plus, nous avons l'un des rares condos avec air conditionné, pas une glaciÚre des marais!
Salle de bain complĂšte en bas, y compris la chambre principale avec lit king size et grand placard.
DANS LE LOFT, NOUS AVONS JUSTE INSTALLÉ 3 NOUVEAUX LITS REINE OREILLER LE 26/11/18 avec salle de bain complĂšte, grand dressing, tĂ©lĂ©vision avec combo dvd vcr. Pour skier, il suffit de sortir par la porte, tourner Ă  droite dans le couloir, sortir par la porte quelques marches, aller Ă  droite peut-ĂȘtre 20 marches, descendre l'ascenseur, sortir par la porte, Ă  gauche il y a la tĂ©lĂ©cabine! PAS de bus, marcher et porter vos bĂątons de ski et quelles que soient les Ă©tapes jusqu'Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©cabine! EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT. La cuisine est remplie de la plupart des condiments essentiels. La plupart du temps, vous pouvez arriver tard et il y a gĂ©nĂ©ralement des spaghettis et de la sauce pour prĂ©parer le dĂźner.
Il y a un mixeur, une mijoteuse et une plaque chauffante. ET UNE BOUTEILLE DE VIN SUR LA TABLE POUR VOUS ACCUEILLIR.

The owner accused us of breaking the garbage disposal due to the left overs of spaghetti I made for my kids. I admit, I put it down the garbage disposal but last I checked that’s what a garbage disposal is for. The owner asked and we responded and he responded back with “unit is so old not surprising to have issues - Tom” We checked out and he wrote us he will be taking 400 out of our deposit due to him calling a Plummer to fix the disposal. I called another Plummer in steamboat and he agreed with me noodles cannot break a disposal. Other issues:Upstairs shower is either holding hot or freezing cold no middle Fan is about to break Cleaning crew missed trash and put a couple dirty stuff away

Great location, but some things to be aware of

As can be expected, the proximity of the condo to the mountain base is overall a huge positive. Some reviews have mentioned that the condo interior is definitely dated, but we found it very comfortable. The functioning VCR with movies was a hit with our kids!The main thing to be aware of, as the pictures don't really show it well, is that the main bedroom and common area both have large, somewhat poorly insulated and sound-permeable sliding doors that go out to a public patio. This patio is where the front doors to two other units are located. Although this patio is out of the way of the main public Gondola Square space, anyone could walk up some stairs and come up to it. There is no private balcony/patio space for this particular unit.The first couple nights, we were woken in the 5:00 hour by some bulldozers/plows cleaning the snow off the square and by the Steamboat staff shoveling/deicing the public patio space directly next to the bedroom. Earplugs were used while sleeping after that point and were helpful!Communication with the owner was fantastic and super helpful. The garage parking is great. (clearance is 8' 2")

Location!

Couldn't ask for a better spot. Clean unit, comfortable beds and furniture and kitchen had everything we needed. Our group of four retired men were very pleased with the unit. Hopefully we can return in the future.

Great location and nice accommodations!

Tom was such a proactive and kind host. The condo is right in the main Steamboat square, easy walk to main lifts. Tons of restaurants near by. The condo fit the 5 of us easily and had everything we needed. Parking garage is great as well, easy to find a spot and warm. Will book again when we return!

Fantastic Location

We loved being able to walk directly out to the mountain. Our family of six fit comfortably and with young kids, having the the luxury of a short walk from the lifts was awesome.

Great direction to access condo. The place is dated - think 80's with no updates. Close access to ski area and local businesses. Kitchen has good selection of plates, bowls, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. Lighting in the place is not good - outdated lamps, the on-off switch for the kitchen light is on the cord (long reach), and feels dark. Stairs to upstairs bedroom are a challenge. The place worked for my needs, but just feels old.

Fantastic location and comfortable space.

Excellent location and comfortable beds. Sitting area has really comfortable furniture to hang out in. Communication was great and Tom let me check in early which was much appreciated. There were only 2 negatives - the cleanliness and directions to garage and property. There was food in the sink and on the dish brush, hair in the bathroom and lots of food on the floors - it looked like it had only been lightly cleaned. The actual condo was tricky to find and the map wasn’t very helpful - it took all of us and help from a local to find where we were going. Other than that I highly recommend and will stay again.

Amazing location and well appointed

You couldn't find a better location for a base camp while skiing Steamboat. Right in the heart of Gondola Square with princess parking, access to plenty of restaurants and bars. The condo has nice charm and plenty of beds for a medium size party. The kitchen is well stocked with convenient donations from previous parties. A small grocery store across the street makes it all the easier to stock the kitchen for meals or snacks.

GREAT Location!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Tom was an excellent communicator. The location cannot be beat. Having a little kiddo and being able to come and go skiing throughout the day was clutch. Inside it is dated, as shown by the pictures, but certainly added to the charm of the space and it is still very comfortable. We also appreciated the underground parking, as the weekend was gloriously snowy and cold. It was nice not to worry about digging the car out. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Cute Place w/Ski in/out access

Excellent place to stay if you want a ski in/out that’s centrally located. We had a single issue but the property manager was all over it and the issue was remedied before we left the slopes. Highly recommend this place.

Great location

Location is awesome. Plenty of space for 6 people and everyone had their own bed. The only complaint is the view doesn't exactly look towards the mountain. Easy and convenient to get to. Awesome location!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Just steps to the gondola with a heated underground parking garage and elevator access to the upper level. Within walking distance of mountain activites, shops, and restaurants.

You have all the summer activities (mountain biking, tubing, kayaking, hiking, alpine slide, mountain coaster, etc.) and winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain coaster, etc.) you can think of here. There is a lovely downtown area with many restaurants and shops. There are three grocery stores in town and a small grocery store nearby on the mountain. Strawberry Park and the Old Town Hot Springs pool are open year-round. Strawberry Park is a natural hot springs pool area.
