Sun, sand, surf & fun await you and your family/friends when you plan a stay at this 2 bedroom,1.5 bathroom & an outdoor private shower with back entry access. Open floor plan,fully equipped kitchen, W/D, and largest most private deck/patio in the complex. 750 Steps from Coligny Beach. Spend your days on the beach, at the community pool, walking to restaurants and shops (and grocery store), concerts/events at Celebration Park or visit Sea Pines Harbor town before a BBQ on the deck back at home.
The space
This is a 16 unit townhome complex with an outdoor pool and a covered dinning area. The pool gate leads you directly onto South Forest Beach Drive and Bike Path. Cedrics stand and Forest Beach Bike rentals are right next door. This quiet, small community with most residents there year round.
Guest access
ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT is available and community parking hang tag is required. This is very important, because there is no other overnight parking nearby. Any additional cars will be towed or booted at your expense. Please plan ahead for a great trip. Guests often park their car and bike or walk to everything they need. very strict no pet policy.
Other things to note
Absolutely positively NO PETS ALLOWED and guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund. The HOA has VERY STRICT rules on this. If you bring more than one vehicle it will get towed as there is no additional parking and no overnight parking nearby. There is absolutely no smoking. Lastly, there is an HOA covenant restriction on beach towels hanging over the front and side walls of the unit. Hooks are provided in the front of the unit and in the outdoor shower.

We have been in love with Hilton Head for 17 years. We bought a condo during covid and lived in it a year then decided to move here. I miss the condo and hope to someday return. It's so easy to walk to and on the beach every night. So I love guests that love and treat our home like their own. I love communicating with my guests as much or little as they like. I love giving suggestions for activities and restaurants that are our favorite in town.

This is the best property because you have a huge outdoor patio and a good size front patio recently renovated! It's beautiful. Don't forget the private outdoor shower in the back. This is a very quiet neighborhood with full time residents. So if you are looking to host a big loud party, this isn't the place. If you are looking for a secret neighborhood that even some locals don't know about-this is your place. 750 steps to the sand. Walkable to everything. There is Forest Beach Bicycle rental-mention my name and where you are staying and they'll give you 10% off. There is Sedwicks stand next door with fresh strip and fish, veggies and fruit. The BEST! There is a balcony off the Master. There are two single beds in the next room that do roll to be pushed together if need be-the headboards are fixed to the wall. There is space for a single blow up mattress on the floor if you have an extra child. There is ample closet space. Road noice is minimal because of where the unit it located-one unit from the pool.

In the Summertime when the beach is stifling-it is wonderful to continue your water experience at our pool. Rarely anyone there...there is shade afternoon so you get a break from the rays. There is a huge dinning room table that is covered for outdoor gatherings..unless it is being used by the residents. Other pool chairs and umbrellas available. There is a table and chairs on our back unit, a huge umbrella you can move around, a small sectional with cushions in the storage bin, and solar lights that light up the back patio at night. There is a standing fan provided to place on the back patio to keep the bugs at back and still enjoy the night. Outdoor shower is wonderful and we have been known to use it year round....the view of the stars is wonderful! There is a jack and Jill bathroom with separate toilet and shower/tub that is upstairs and a half bath downstairs. This is an open floor plan. Bamboo lines the property in the back so it is the most private of all three buildings. We share the road with Forest Beach Villas. I am a Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist of 22 years-and have a location on the island if interested reach out.
